From 5 star to 1. Will not return. Brought first timer in for 21st bday, rude security guard. Completely unchecked privilege. She immediately told us to shop somewhere else. Before I requested the manager. Then she stared at us through the glass the entire time, and made every employee uncomfortable but trashing us as customers before we were able to purchase. Employees are very quick to stand up for an aggressive security guard who tells you to shop elsewhere. 1 good bud tender. The rest you could tell did not want us in there. I have spent thousands here and will NEVER spend my money here again. This is very embarrassing for Oasis. The customer is king. Without us, you do not operate. Learn some customer service and check your staffs attitudes. At least with mask i only have to see half scowls. Disgusting.

I work in the industry and have visited all major and most smaller dispensaries in the Denver area. Oasis stands out for so many reasons. They have a huge selection of brands for both 3rd party products and flower. They have a wall of pre-rolls to choose from. Nothing there is overpriced. Their staff is passionate and compassionate. I always take out of town visitors to this location because I know they have everything.

This was the worst experience I have had purchasing anything in the state of Colorado. The bud tenders at Oasis are exceedingly rude, the prices are ridiculous, and I felt as if my presence was an inconvenience. I was not allowed to discuss prices or products with my husband. I wouldn't take their product if freely given. This place deserves zero stars. No one willingly gave any assistance to a new medical card holder. Your business just lost a great deal of revenue.

It was my husband's first time in the dispensary. They are practicing social distancing to the extreme. lol We had to shop separate and had to stay 6 ft away from each other. As soon as we walked on to the floor they said " what brings you in here?" I said "I'm not sure I just want to look around". He said" you kind of have to know what you want it's not fun time to be at a dispensary" I felt rushed and felt like I couldn't ask any questions. So we ended up going to green solution down the road and it was a totally different experience. I will try Oasis as soon as the covid has passed.

I'm only posting because this is the 3rd time I had a budtender just throw my concentrate containers in the bag. In turn all of my tasty terps are lost to the lid. However there is one dude in there that cares about the customers, I now know to definitely wait to work with him. A better trained and considerate budtender makes for even happier customers.

Worsed customer service ever. Went in the dispensary for about 2 mins the budtender called.our number asked if we were ready. And we said no cause we didnt even have time to look at anything. Then he walks off helps.another customer. leaves us hanging then disappeared. So we had questions about the locol love products and the other budtender guy who was stocking stuff behing the locol love products was NOT eager to help us. They were too busy to help us Local Coloradans. Who used to shop there. Well now they lost 2 more customers. NEVER IGNORE CUSTOMERS OR BE TOO BUSY TO HELP US FELLOW MARIJUANA LOVERS. MY ADVICE SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE WESTWORD HAS GREAT INFO. ON DISPENSARIES WITH WAY BETTER PRICES AND PRODUCTS. . LIKE OZ. UNDER $100.00 OF FIRE.

Out of Staters beware!!Accused my girlfriend of having a fake ID. Claimed "the maryland picture is normally more rectangular." Want to know how I know you're full of BS? Because the ID is REAL!! Do your homework, rookies! By the way, she also has a maryland medical marijuana card that she presented as another ID and they wouldnt even look at it. Their prices aren't worth the frustration or the dent in your wallet so take your business next door to Starbuds, or really anywhere else!The irony is, they sold her a birthday joint for $1 on Valentines day, just a couple days ago! Make up your damn minds! Its a shame, used to be a frequent flyer when I was in town. Not anymore! What a great way to end our vacation.

Very expensive with tax included . When i called them to ask about prices they didnt mention the tax was so high and i drove from foco .. good buds but exspensive.Update.. i just called to double check that the owners response was correct 95 per ounce after tax and thats completely bull its 188 after tax ... such lies changing my rate to 1..

Good selection but very overpriced once tax is added . Both times I’ve walked out with an Oz nearly costing $300 (Rec). Out of state street prices (for those of you who aren’t aware ). You walk into Lucy sky and buy an Oz for $105$ out the door ! There’s roughly a 3-5% difference in the thc .. I’ll happily skip this place next time . Don’t get ripped off up here . So many dispensaries here take advantage of tourist . It takes maybe $30 (if that) to grow an Oz of weed between lights and nutrients .. Someone is def getting rich off of stupidity & ignorance ..

The worst service. I could have recieved. I came in and asked about the birthday blunt and after being told I can come back they denied me my birthday blunt anyways. Should tell customers somethi g thats not accurate. And acted as if I was trying to rack up on penny blunts. No your promotion brung me in and now your service and lies deter me from spending here from now on. Thanks for the let down and I still paid for weed.
