Hello, I recently visited this dispensary and had a negative experience that I thought I should share so that it doesn't happen to other people. I bought two vapes that were recommended by the budtender called, "Mario Cart". I was happy to accept his recommendation which I usually do when visiting dispensaries. I usually look up what I buy afterwards out of curiosity for its effects and what other people have said about it. I was shocked to see that these products have tested positive on multiple sources for pesticides and heavy metals, there is no official company producing them, and it seems the cartridges can be bought empty from China and filled anywhere so alot of them are counterfeit. Also the tested THC content was much lower than advertised on the box. I went back to ask about this, the budtender could not verify where they came from and said there is alot of inaccurate information on the internet. I asked if I could replace them with verified products he said he could replace them with the same brand only because he can't confirm I didn't "switch them out", which was my first red flag. What if others came back and took that offer? My second red flag was when I told him I'd like to speak to the manager about this, after all I came to a legitimate medicinal dispensary listed on weedmaps, expecting a legal standard and walked out with an illegitimate product. He told me it would be no point, the manager would say I should have googled it first. Now I don't know about you guys but its concerning if you have to google every product for safety in a dispensary before you buy it, its supposed to be a pharmacy not a drug deal, which makes their entire work ethic questionable. I also called other dispensaries that have an excellent reputation who never heard of Mario Cart or advised against it. I asked if I could speak to the manager anyway, I was given a number that I called with the same person answering, saying he would get me the manager in an hour. Its been several days now, i'm not expecting a call anymore. If I do i'll update this review. Proceed at your own caution.
