I go to this clinic since 2001. Two of my kids grow up since then. They have wonderful pediatricians. I agree about long waiting time but to be fair look at the number of people going there through the day!!! It’s crazy. And why they go there? They go there because this clinic tries to accommodate everybody’s needs. I’ve been in different situations throughout those years and girls who work there always were able to find solutions that would work for me and my kids. I like that pretty much the same people work throughout all those years in there. You know them. They know you. And that helps in resolving difficult situations you get in. I want to thank those girls for their hard work!

Wanted to get sleep apnea mask and machine. Called them to get a request in to my insurance. They said that i have to come and see the doctor. I assked why? I never came to see the doctor previous years for a new mask. They said you have not seen the doctor sice 2013. I said so what, i feel fine that is the reason. So any way i went there and they registered me with the new tablet as a new patient just because i have not been there long time. I asked them if their computer server does not hold info back six years ago. But any way these place is one of the worst place. Very poor service and lack of knowledge. They do not even know their own policy or the insurance policies. They should have annual inspection for their own knowledge and this place.

I don't know about all the bad reviews but I love this place. I'm always seen quickly and Dr. Thompson is funny and down to earth. I don't feel like just a patient, I feel comfortable. They even remembered my name. Oh! And I can make a quick appointment usually within 2 days. Happy I found this place.

CCHC is great! I started at the one in Glendale then changed to the one in Eagle Rock when I had my daughter, and now this location in NH is closest to me. The staff are kind and helpful. They always confirm appointments which I love. They always check my insurance for coverage and inform me of my responsibility. The staff go above and beyond for the patients. The doctors are great too! They actually listen to the patients concerns, have good bedside manners, and take the time to educate the patients. I am very happy with CCHC.

I agree with every review on here. Staff indeed does have a nasty attitude, not to mention the doctors have no clue of what you try to communicate to them when you complain about their staff. The wait is long; not to mention they are always mixing up someone else's chart with yours. When you come as a walk in they refuse to take you in and want to schedule you a month after you actually walk in! Staff is always too busy in the back talking about their personal life, partying, drinking etc. Another thing is they are too busy buying off of entrepreneurs who come in which I think is very unprofessional and shows they prioritize their needs before their patients.

Dirty Over crowded smells not enough staff this place should be shut down! this place is the most nastiest doctors office i have ever been.. walked in stayed there for 5 mins and couldn't take of the unhealthy air and the people around me..Walked out never will i be back! I recommend not going there at all!! stay away! next to a strip club might catch the claps just waiting around
