I have been a fan of CBD for a few years now, but I always opt to use edible versions of it. Recently, however, I've been really interested in trying the flower version that I can smoke. I am from California, and I just recently moved to New Mexico, so it's been a bit tough for me to locate shops that are open right now (lots of limitations right now with the pandemic going on) and that sell the actual flower. I was actually recommended this shop by a marijuana dispensary (The Verdes Foundation) I accidentally ended up at while searching for CBD. They said they are the CBD shop they trust the most, so I headed straight over. I called before heading out, and Joseph answered the phone professionally and was very helpful. When I got there, I loved the shop! Boutique is the perfect name for this shop, because it's small, cute, and quaint. But it had everything I could have asked for: Flower, oils, tinctures, balms, etc. Joseph was super friendly and so helpful! He answered all my questions about the different types of flower they had. I was SUPER nervous about trying the flower, because I've had HORRIBLE experiences with THC in the past. And I now associate the smell of cannabis with anxiety and racing thoughts that I'm stuck with for hours. Joseph reassured me that the CBD flower would not cause me that panicked feeling that THC gives me. As a matter of fact, he described it as almost feeling like a placebo, because it's almost unnoticeable. Boy, was he right! I lit the pre-rolled CBG:CDB Metta Hemp joint soooo hesitantly (just certain it was going to make me at least a LITTLE anxious), and after about 2 good puffs, I put it out - worried I'd over do it. Then after several minutes of feeling perfectly fine, I got excited and decided to take two more puffs. Still don't feel any negative effects. I just feel less tired/groggy (morning grogginess) and more of my normal self! I'm so excited to try my other pre-roll, the Hawaiian Haze! Joseph got me signed up for the rewards program, and also threw in a free honey stick sample for me to try out. I absolutely LOVED my experience with The CBD Boutique and I can't wait to go back!!!

I went to CBD Boutique at Cottonwood for the first time today. My friends and my husband have highly recommended the staff and their products for sometime now. It is not only a beautiful store with lovely displays, but Amber was very kind and generous with her knowledge of their products. She was very patient with my many questions and had several very helpful suggestions. She is proud of their products and has been well-trained in what each can do and may not in every instance, to help a variety of individuals. I went to this shop because I had researched online CBD shops in Albuquerque and this one seemed very reputable. I like how I was also able to view and research what products they sold via their website. When I entered the store I was greeted and welcomed and was given great attention. All my questions were answered. Being that I am new to CBD products the shop personnel explained all of the benefits and features of the different products and helped me choose the best one for me. It has only been 1 day since my purchase and I have taken the product 3 times. I feel great relief from my nerve pain. I am excited to keep going with my product and reaping the benefits. This is a very knowledgeable place to go for first timers, like myself, and the product so far is top notch. I highly recommend.

Pros: A small location, usually one person working, but every trip there is excellent! Very knowledgable staff, plenty of print outs and cards for more information, reasonable prices, and daily sales/specials!Cons: They may often run out of stock for items, but they always have alternative solutions and other options that still meet your needs. Bonus: They even have a loyalty program where you earn discounts with every purchase!

First time going to this store today, and I'm coming back every time. I usually go to the one in La Bella Salon, but this one is way better. The girl who's name I didn't get was extremely helpful with everything and explained everything. She really knew her stuff. The selection of things they had was so cool. I wish I could've gotten one of everything. I'm coming back as soon as I can.

Over a month ago I received some of the HEKA full spectrum oil and have been purchasing more since! I have never slept this way before. Anxieties completely disappear. I have some acute arthritis from playing guitar. The inflammation from that goes away everyday as well! I am from Georgia and have VERY little knowledge of these kind of products, but the team at CBD Boutique has been so helpful in helping me find products that are right for me. I am a fan for life!

This place used to be really good up until recently. I don't need YOUR business to purchase Charlotte's Web products--in fact, I can buy it direct from the source. I chose to support local business but that's my fault. With as many places peddling the same products, your staff should treat your patrons better. The least you could do is honor your own loyalty program. I'm done coming here because I don't NEED to. It may not seem like much, but I was spending about $200/month at your shop. Also, fix your card system already it has been inconvenient to have to keep getting cash out to make a purchase at your shop.

The CBD Boutique has helped my friend immensely. She had a panic attack and it really scared her. I heard about CBD from my husband and he told me to go see Alex at The CBD Boutique west-side. My friend and I both went and what a wealth of information we received. I did not know whole hemp extracts could help all these health issues - and they knew a lot about CBD. We are glad we went, because my friend is now using the Honey with CBD and she is do well. She had one episode, but lucky she was carrying a Honey Stick in her purse.
