The absolute worst experience with a medical facility my family and I have ever had in our lives. My father collapsed and was unresponsive on our trip to Disney land. The ambulance unfortunately took him to this place. We waited for over 5 hours with no information from nurses or doctors, even with our constant inquiries. We went outside for about an hour, calling twice for updates during this hour, in which we were told we would recieve a call back.. My 16 year old sister was with him at the time and told me later that the ER rep I talked to asked my UNDERAGE sister what they should tell me to get me off the phone.. you dont ask the patient, YOU ASK THE DOCTOR. I was forced to go in and check because we never heard back. We found my father in the lobby by himself crying. He is a 50 year old disabled male. He didnt know where he was and was in pain. He recieved no help from this facility other then extremely rude and unsympathetic "treatment" if you can call it that. They told him "this is not a hotel" and left him in the lobby, it was extremely sad for myself and my younger siblings to have to see and very aggravating. I wish I had not left his side for the hour I did..My father could have died in the care of this facility and they would not have batted an eye. We currently have a complaint with the hospital and will be pushing this as high up for review as we can go. No person should be treated the way my father was at this place. Please heed my warning and if you absolutely must visit this place, do not leave your loved ones side.

This place is a nightmare. I practically hemorrhaged do the number of sticks to put in IV; my arm was blue for 2 weeks. In for back pain and was discharged and had to walk out. They sent me down an exterior walkway that had biohazard waste cans !!! Now I get a bill and they do not even provide a return envelope and no way to pay online !!!! What a backwards place: Avoid it at all costs.

My wife and I were in Anaheim to celebrate her Birthday. Unfortunately, our trip to Disneyland was cut short by a kidney stone. We had traveled in from Canada. We gave the staff appropriate information to bill our insurance carrier (we carry out of country insurance for events like this). The experience in the Hospital was unlike anything I've ever seen. I won't go into details but your system is broken. Subsequent to discharge an individual came to my room to verify insurance details. We gave our case number, etc. and headed back to Canada.Fast forward six months. I get a letter for collections. For whatever reason, the Hospital chose not to bill the insurance carrier that I left information for.After a number of phone calls back and forth between Anaheim and the insurance carrier, things were sorted out. They billed the insurance carrier.Fast forward six more months. I'm again receiving calls from a collections agency. Apparently, the Doctor and the Hospital bill separately??? One had been paid and the other hadn't??? They are unable to share information within the Hospital???For a "pay-for-service" medical system, you have turned something that should have been easy into an absolute ordeal.

If I could rate them less I would. I had a situation at Disneyland and this is where I was taken for treatment. Emergency room staff could care less, doctor didn’t even see me to tell me what tests were ordered, people just showed up and wanted to do testing. I was there for hours and could not even get a nurses attention and I was there for a rapidly increased heart rate, 185 at the time I was put in ambulance. Doctor stated he had not received anything from ambulance staff but that was not correct. It was just another excuse to charge my insurance. Some of the bills were not even submitted to my insurance until over 7 or so months later then I received one statement and before I could pay it, I was turned over to collections. I made arrangements to make payments, they had my credit card. And authorization to charge the agreed upon amounts each month but they would not automatically charge the amount. I thought it was taken care of . Then they would call me occasionally to process payments. Without a phone call for a couple of months and since they never gave me a follow up bill after the initial payment agreement was is place I no longer had contact information to make the next payment. Then the next thing I knew they turned my account over to collection, no warning, no bills, I didn’t even know what my balance was anymore since I had made several payments. I had no choice but to make the payment that collections stated I owed or my credit would be affected. The collection agency contacted one day after I received the statement. The hospital knew I was willing to pay but didn’t bother to contact me for the payment and then added interest. This is why there are law to protect against unlawful collections but even if not for the billing situation I would never recommend this hospital unless you want to be treated poorly or have incompetent care.

I liked it for what is i guess you could say. I just don't see how they can keep families apart. We came just to see my son and they won't even let his little brother stay with him. However Barbara was the nicest and most helpful nurse there. She really went above and beyond for all of us and we sill always be thankful to her for that.

I had a terrible experience at this hospital. Misdiagnosed multiple times. Sat in the emergency room without even being inspected. (More details in my other review down below) They told me to call to sort it out. They didn’t answer. I left a message with my name and number like they said. And still no response 2 weeks later. And then they dare charge you an immoral amount of money.Update: call number 2 was just as useless. They say they’ll get back to you in 1 business day. Its been 3 weeks.

Where to begin...I guess first start with the fact that they want to charge me an ER fee of over $4,000...but they made me wait in the waiting room the whole time...yes...I am charged for sitting in a waiting room. I got an ultrasound done, and then was brought back to the waiting room. I guess the 4 grand is to cover the ever so expensive bracelets they printed for me?! And now I have found out I have been sent to collections because they billed the ultrasound tech's bill separately and SENT IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS!!!! Yes, you read that correctly, they sent the ER bill to the right address, but somehow lost or forgot where to send the ultrasound tech's bill. So it became deliquent and went to collections. When I called to try to fix it, no one answered and no one is calling me back. Go somewhere else, seriously...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I brought my husband to the ER because he was having trouble breathing and we were in the ER from 4-12 midnight first they said they had a bed for him then after waiting for over an hour they tell me that he's going to stay in the ER all night I was furious I began yelling and was ready to take him to another hospital then they said I was leaving against medical advice I said no I'm leaving to go get him proper care and I told them if something happens while I'm taking him to the other hospital I'm going to sue you that's when they said they had a bed I found out that it wasn't because they didn't have a bed it was because they were short of staff I'm reporting this to the administration in the morning.My husband ended up passing away and about an hour after he died the director of nursing came in the room and asked me how he was doing I looked at her and said he's dead how do you think he is doing she claims she didn't know that's a bunch of BS because they know what is going on with the patients I will never go back to this hospital, my husband didn't receive the proper care nor did the doctor in the we care about him the we doctor should not be practicing medicine he should be working in some place where he doesn't have to deal with people.

Got me in quick but didn’t check me out for the first 3-4 hours I was there. They didn’t even physically check me or talk to me until my situation worsened. Night shift doctor said I was fine and could go home and that my CT scan came back as normal. Come to find out from the nurse, the CT scan showed I was not fine. They “admitted” me in the hospital and left me sitting in the ER for another 3 hours without doing anything for me. I now have been on hold for an hour to get my records transferred to another place so I can actually find out what’s wrong with me.

Took my 3 year old daughter to get checked because she complained about ear pain & the Dr that checked her had an attitude & asked if I couldn’t wait(took her Sunday night) until today(Monday) to take her to go see her pediatrician & I said no because she had no fever no runny nose no symptoms about her having the flu or being a virus she discharged us without giving her anything . Came back to my daughter complaining about ear pain took her to her drs today & THANK GOD they saw her quick when I told them she had ear pain & turns out my daughter has an Ear infection!! Never again taking her there.
