I wish I could give you NEGATIVE stars!!! What a joke!!! Checked in at 12, didn't get seen until 2:05, took my two year old son's vitals and sent us back out to the waiting room to WAIT LONGER, they t... more

The walk in clinic definitely exceeded my expectations. We walked in, signed in, waited no longer than 10 minutes, Nurse called my husband in, and the doctor came in and gave a full examination and blood work. It took 15 minutes for results to come in, then we were out like 10 min later. The staff and doctor was really nice and it didn't seem rushed. They were very attentive. I recommend!

I asked why we were waiting so long the receptionist said "they have different clinics back there." Ok then don't take us back until you are ready! Your clinic is a JOKE!!! We will NOT be using Henry Ford ever again!
