Decent facility with rather quality products. Obviously, prices are high with the recent legalization in IL, but time will bring the cost down to CO and NV levels eventually. This location is exceptionally busy and as such you have to wait in a virtual queue before you wait in a physical line. This isn’t necessarily a problem of the facility, so I don’t want to blame them, but it does get a little frustrating. Hey, beats having to interact with a dealer (lol). I’ve never felt ripped off at Rise. I buy flower and vape carts usually, and the product comes as advertised. One problem I do take issue with is their lack of variety when it comes to flower. But the same can be said for other facilities in the area, so.. take that as you will. All in all, good stuff! The staff is friendly and once you’re inside you’ll have a rather short wait.

This is the first time I've ever visited a marijuana dipensary.I was quite surprised. I don't have a medical card yet, so I had to stand in the recreational line. The total wait time was about 5 minutes.When I got in, I needed some help understanding which products to get. Within a couple minutes a person came up to me to discuss my needs. He also warned me to take is slow.I placed my order and was out within 10 minutes.I have very limited experience so I can't discuss price, but the folks were friendly and helpful.Overall, I had a great experience.

Just left rise after my first experience. Pretty simple straightforward system with covid. Menu seems super small and limited. After tax I paid 75 per 8th and about 45 each for two .3 disposable pens. I understand inflation but this left a sour taste in my mouth and it wasnt diesel. $255 later a quarter and 2 disposable pens.Moving on, I walked in the door and instantly felt pressure to make my decision with a man with an I pad as I walk through the line. It felt like a assembly line, then they dumped me out on the stoop. I was left wondering what just happened lol.On a good note, the product was quality, place was clean,and line moved quick. Could be alot better if they would slow down, allow more time for questions, expand inventory.

Very nice staff. I get more texts alerting of no lines and fresh flower than I get from friends. I think Rise is trying to get at me, and I’m ok with that.Update: as of June, I’m still thoroughly impressed with this location and their dedication to customers and their satisfaction. Considering the plague, things have been very smooth!

I went in a few months back. The doorman was nice and helpful by guiding me inside and answering any questions I had. The long lines were handled with organization and good communication ensuring all of the patrons had a smooth process. At the desk, Alex helped me. He was very professional and addressed my questions without making me feel like I was taking too much of his time. He went above and beyond assisting during my first time at a dispensary. Great crew!

They have a great system in place for getting people in and out, anyone who says otherwise doesn't understand how the waitlist works, and the staff are super friendly. The real issues begin with them allowing too many people on the waitlist at once. It allows for many out of state people to come and clog the waitlist early on and buy a bunch of the flower during the small two day windows they actually have it in stock. Im convinced stoners from the other states are spending whole days going through the line 3 or 4 times, hogging spots and product. This could simply be fixed by limiting the amount of out of state people that can be in the que at once, they already check your drivers license twice, doing this would take zero extra effort. The biggest issue by far is the prices. 75 dollars after tax for an 8th is expensive, but if the flower is great I'm okay with that, but what they charge for vape cartridges and most of the rest of the menu appears to be complete highway robbery. 72 to 76 dollars BEFORE tax (meaning usually 90 dollars or more) for a half a gram cartridge that isn't even above 80 percent THC is just insulting, especially considering i got a whole gram of concentrate oil from medmen in evanston for 78 dollars after tax. Avoid if you can unless they have actual flower, i wish I hadn't been so blind

If you look on the website of any of rises other locations their variety is always monumental compared to Mundelein. All this tells me is that they have the product to sell they just won’t in this location for whatever reason. Prices are also super high but I expected that being in Illinois. Besides that the employees are really nice and when they have products in they are quality.

Could not be much worse. Staff not friendly or helpful. Unless you have a medical card stay away from Rise Mundelein. Difficult to join waitlist (when it is working) and you can not order in advance so you never know what product will be available when you arrive at store. Also, you will not know the exact price since the 30% taxes need to be added. Not worth the aggravation. No flower unless medical most of the time, and flower is mediocre and VERY over-priced.

The directions are incorrect. Armour Blvd appears to connect off of Townline. It doesn't! The directions will take you to a dead end of a storage facility. You will need to use McCormick off of Townline, to Armour or Townline to Armour to get to the location. I attached a photo of where you will end up if you follow your GPS. You're Welcome!
