DON'T BUY THERE CLONES. Four weeks ago I bought two indica clones at SDRC and two sativa at the dispensary down the 8 fwy. The two I bought at SDRC look sick and are not growing while the two I bought at the other dispensary are doing awesome, there like 10x bigger already. This is not my first grow so I'm confident I'm doing everything right. I'm so disappointed that they sell bad clones I use to go here all the time even tho there more expensive I would always get good service but there's no way I'm ever going back when I can easily go down the street instead. To Mr manager "Stop selling bad clones"! How many customers are you going to lose?

I went in and purchased for clones I ask for for colognes I brought them home there was only one leaf on him when I bought them they said they would be fine and it turns out they sold me newtons which aren’t clones with no recourse except for a small percentage off my next purchase.. Extremely poor business they actually turned it around and said it was probably my fault I had a professional grower come over and he told me I might as well cut them down they’re worthless😡

I placed an order for delivery at 7 and it’s now 11:20 and still nothing. I tried calling the store no answer, I don’t recommend anyone patronize this business. This is unacceptable service when their website clearly states that they deliver.DON’T SEND YOUR MONEY HERE GO SOMEPLACE ELSE

Awesome storefront if your going there. Super speedy.DELIVERY IS A DIFFERENT STORY.I ordered twice, both times took 4+ hours to deliver. I live 20 minutes away. No compensation for super late delivery. Even EAZE takes less that half an hour to deliver. Just unacceptable and unnecessary waiting times.

First time trying this place out. I ordered through the delivery service, I placed my order shortly after 3pm and it took over 5 hrs to get my delivery. The driver didnt show up until 830pm, I still tipped him and when I go inside my house I find out that one of my containers has already been opened. Read other reviews and found that other had similar experiences. Not a good first experience.Edit: I went in to the store last week and the experience was night and day from the delivery service. The bud tender was very knowledgeable and friendly, plus the selection is huge!! I was able to use my 10% off coupon on my entire order and was in and out of the store. Will definitely be back to the store but I don't think I will be using their delivery service anymore.

Have a coupon that says 10% off entire purchase. The price of the oz on the menu was 250. They got 8 8ths and said I can not use the coupon because i can only use it on one product, (one 8th) WHY CANT I USE MY 10% OFF ENTIRE PURCHASE COUPON ON MY ENTIRE PURCHASE?!?? Bs if you ask me. Why even spend the money on printing the coupons if they won't honor them. That goes for the loyalty programs 10% too guys! Don't bother with it. Good weed though.

Had me wait 2 hours, so I call trying to find out what happened and they said the driver got a flat and he would be back in 5 minutes. Another hour goes by and I call and get told it will be 2 more hours and I ask if they can compensate me for my wait and I get told no I will just have to wait. Really great customer service to a first time buyer :)!

DO NOT USE THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE!!! I have used their delivery service three times. The first time, the driver obviously had zero customer service skills. The second time, I placed an order and no one showed up, no one called, no one sent me an email, nothing. Oddly enough, I received a phone call the following day in which they spoke about a product that was unavailable. No apology, nothing! The third time happened today, same thing, placed an order and no one shows up, no one gives you a phone call or email or anything. I tried to call the store but the phone went to an answering service. Overall..... there are many better dispensaries in the area. The prices at SDRC are substantially higher than other dispensaries, other dispensaries offer discounts and bonuses, which is notably lacking at SDRC. All the experiences I have had with this company have been bad. With the huge amount of employees that this business has it has no management. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!

This place is big and clean and almost looks like a fast food restaurant with the menus they have displayed. My bud tender was nice and friendly and somewhat knowledgeable. Unfortunately they really didn't have what I wanted here so I got something else instead. This is a recreational marijuana shop so all you have to do is show your identification (21+) to the friendly security guard.

Very clean, very high tech! Friendly staff! Talked with I believe Jesse and he helped me pick out the best products for my needs and took the time to thoroughly explain everything and even suggest some things I didn't even know what an option! Definitely will be returning to this location in the future! Other locations just don't stack up!
