Feedback:

This dispensary is too unorganized which makes it more inconvenient to shop here than your average dispensary. When you call to ask if an item is available, they tell you they don't do that over the phone but their system is not precise enough for that to work. The only way that works is if their menu is always up top date, which it's not. In fact, they have items on the menu that are out of stock all the time. So when I called to check for an item that was on the menu but was worried that it was out of stock, the man on the phone told me that whatever is on the menu is in stock (which is not true). When I told him this he very rudely hung up on me. So unprofessional that it made me cringe. I called immediately called back, and the guy who answered told me that items on the menu could be out of stock, which directly contradicted what the man who had just told me a moment ago, and then acted very disrespectfuly when I told him that isn't true. Lastly, they dont seem to understand the point of a line for orders. They do have one but there's no convenience to ordering ahead because none of the cashiers exclusively process pick up orders. Meaning you're waiting in line to pick up behind people who haven't figured out what they want yet.
