after my first visit to The Coughy Shop i was very happily impressed. if i could give more ⭐⭐⭐...i would. the place is bright, clean and well kept. the selection was top notch and they had exactly what i wanted and more! never seen 2 gram infused pre-rolls with glass tips...they are off the chart potency and flavor! shatter concentrate selection is well stocked.i'm stoked to have tried this dispensary and will make it my regular location as it satisfies my needs so well straight away. exceptional customer service from the Cannabis Tech tooYew🤙! thank you Coughy Shop!! see you soon 😊

I've been here a few times and semi dissapointed . I've bought the $5 joints a handful of times and I noticed I'd barely feel anything from them and in thought something isn't right. I bought more and broke them open to find there's a lot of leaves in there. I'm talking one is 90% leaves. Most are over half leaves. Don't buy those joints.

The Coughy Shop is conveniently located on the edge of Palm Springs coming from Corona, making it an ideal spot to pick up some high quality cannabis for a good time in the city or at the casinos.They offer a wide variety of products such as flower, vapes, edibles, CBD, and more. Everything is fairly priced, and the staff is top notch as well.The RAD vapes team loves coming in to run special deals and host events with this amazing dispensary. :)

I’m a rep for Heavy Hitters and I can’t even express enough how much I love The Coughy Shop! I stop by this location all the time on my way home from work they have the best and largest selection of the raw garden sauce that I love at the best price I’ve found yet! I love all the bomb flower at bomb prices as well the Animals Mintz is my favorite. The staff is even better Brittany and Bree provide top shelf service knowledgeable quick and always with a smile.

The professionalism I experienced upon walking in was amazing! Quick glance at the ID and a hey how are you. After getting past the standard double door entry I was greeted by Brittany, wow, just wow, she knew every little detail about every product and I could tell she wasn’t trying to upsell, she genuinely wanted me to get something I would enjoy. She understands that every cannabis user has different needs. My favorite was the Animal Mint and the Amsterdam Poison. She also helped me pick some fantastic Raw Garden waxes. Overall extremely satisfied with my purchase. It’s quite a ways a way, but just for that welcoming vibe, beautiful smile and immense amount of knowledge, I’ll be sure to take a trip out there whenever I can! Thanks again y’all!!

A fantastic experience in terms of selection, price, and helpfulness of the lady behind the counter.However, I would very much like to speak to the owner about the security guard’s incredibly unsettling behaviour that borders on intimidation and threat. He seemed high, too, which really upset me. This is a place of business in 2019, and the standard for one’s actions is simply higher.I walked in as a new patient before 9:45 on Saturday morning, said “hi” with a smile, and walked up to the larger window on the right. The security guard started laughing at me and told me to come over to his window, and I lookup and see I am at the “pick up” window. I move over and hand him my ID, and as he keeps laughing, I tell him that I did not know which window to go to because I am new. He starts saying “Fresh fish! Fresh fish!”, referencing a scene in an early 1990’s film wherein a new prison inmate is beaten to death by correctional officers. He asks me why I am not laughing, and I ask if this is the scene he is referring to, which he affirms. He ushers me into the sales room, and when I get in, he comes in to explain that his reasoning behind his violent reference was because usually only regular customers show up on Saturday. I say that I just moved, he asks where from, and at this point I am very annoyed and inform him that it really is none of his business and that I’d like to just make my purchase and leave.This man who is to provide security for customers acted much more like a teenager in need of some securing himself. A month later, I’ve yet to receive any response from the owner who apparently condones this behaviour.
