Overall Feedback:

There are mixed reviews for this clinic. I understand that there is a fast turn-around for the case managers. I have went through a couple as they eventually move on to another job. It's an overwhelming underpaid position I'm sure. But the psychiatrist is the best. His name is Dr. Rowlett and he really does care. His heart radiates with love for all his clients. I always get nervous in front of a psych physician because I know that they are observing me, but I tell him my symptoms or what is bothering me the most. That is very easy for me because I love to talk I have a outgoing personality. I spent many years of my childhood battling bone cancer. I get traumatic memories frequently, but also physically, I get intense migraines that I must take mood stabilizers for (helps prevent pain). He does a great job helping me manage that. I never run out, he refills it on time. If you are having bad side effects he will not force you to continue to take something that is not good for you. He puts great consideration into the medication he prescribes, never feel like he is just "throwing" pills (since I have always needed this medication I never feel offended.) He takes his job very seriously he has one of the most important jobs there is. He has white hair and is an older gentleman so I refer to him as the wizard 🎅 I mean that in a good way, my life is more enchanting and meaningful when I feel better. Straight up, managing a clients Mental Health is a very big job. I know for me that the medication is medically necessary, when my mental health is not balanced I am not a nice person to be around, stuck in bed and very cranky I get more out of life by taking my medication and I thank God for these resources. I am in fact grateful for this place, my old case manager helped me get my prescription glasses for free through the LensCrafters one sight program.
