I've been a customer for Enterprise for a long time I've rented cars from there before. They have always gave me a ride back home,but last week I rented a car took it back and a young gentleman white guy was there. He was so rude, no customer service skills at all. I ask him for a ride back home and all he said was NO that's to far. I proceeded to tell him I rent cars here all the time and they always give me a ride back home I live 6min away. All he said was No. I'm never gonna rent a car from this place again. RUDE!

I have been going to this location for years. This location is convenient for me as it is close by my job. But the last 3 or 4 times that i have went here, the customer service has been terrible. They never have any cars and it is always over booked. They should not accept your reservation if they know that they do not have the cars. I was given an upgraded van that is super big and ugly and free 1/2 tank of gas for the inconvenience. I guess that’s ok, but i am still not happy. I am. Not sure that ill be using enterprise again.The manager Kevin, he was ok but i think his customer service should have been better: He shut me off by saying “k have a great weekend” after i toldhim that this is a constant issue here. Idk... i widh the customer service was better.

It doesn't matter what kind of car you reserved. They will give you what ever they have. Good luck with getting a full size or a luxury rental there. They will give you a mini van, SUV, compact or a truck. Even waiting for over 3 hours for my rental, I still didn't get what I reserved. Alamo will be my go to place! Never again! The worst rental car place I have ever dealt with.

I have been a loyal customer of Hertz for over four years and rent vehicles for about eight weeks per year. The only problem I had with Hertz was that It was difficult for them to find a vehicle to my liking. This past Aug. I tried Hertz again and had no luck finding the pickup truck I was looking for. I looked on line at Enterprise and found what I wanted and at a great price. It was quick and easy.My experience at the Enterprise location in Lemon Grove, CA couldn't have been more pleasant. Brooke, who checked me in was very friendly and super helpful. They were busy but she was efficient and engaging. I will be renting from this Enterprise location for all of my future rental needs.

I have always used Enterprise Rent A Car because they have the best selection of cars, always clean, and usually on full, which i love because im ready to go and can hit the road immediately. I have used multiple locations over the years but the staff at the Lemon Grove location are my fav and my go to now. There always about their business, very professional, friendly and polite. They get you in and out!!! Thanks for always taking care of us!!!💕

From the time i call to the time i was taking back home my experience at enterprise Lemon Grove was great, they are cordial and professional, everything about was explained clearly to me and they have all set up with no difficulties online too. Super efficient staff and the lady who drove me back and forth from my house is very nice. I rented a mini van and it was a very smooth drive no issues with anything about the car. The true is that i don't usually give 5 starts in my reviews but if i did this time will be one.

This being my first time ever renting a car. I wasn't sure what i needed so since enterprise was so close to me i popped in to ask a few questions. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. Being that i don't owe a credit card anymore this was one of the only places that would let me rent a car with a debit card and the cars are very well priced. I had a great experience. I will diffently go here again.

The staff here was so friendly and professional. This is a small office so at any given time the space will fill with people. The team always handles a large crowd gracefully and quickly. I was very pleased with the offer for an alternative vehicle class. I ended up keeping the suggested mid size SUV for a month. Thank you, again, for helping me make my PCS move easier.

Awesome experience! Jeanette called me to say she was 2min away. When she arrived she was warm & friendly. At Enterprise Young lady at counter was helping out at Lemon Grove location she was friendly & fast. They took my bad Morning(my cars in shop down street$$$$)& turned it into Marvelous Monday!Thank U ladies. & gentlemen who showed me how to use pushbutton start (without a key).

Although the staff is friendly, this place gave us a Dodge Caravan with a filthy interior. We asked to get it cleaned, but all the associate did was rinse the exterior. The location needs more people on hand to really clean a rental before renting it to people. The last thing I want is a cheesy fingerprint and an unknown white stain on my head rest. Also, there was still trash in the car and not vacuumed properly. We ended up cleaning it ourselves.
