Many employees and customers do not wear masks, even after the state mandate. Curbside pickup is curbside in name only. You have to walk in the store, which is packed. Today I had to wait at the pick up counter for more than 10 minutes. I was told repeatedly first that they did not have the product then that they were checking for it. The guy behind me started coughing. I told the representative that had part of my order filled that I would come back when they had the rest of the order, she did not respond. I repeated myself and she did not respond. Online it showed that the entire order had been filled, I am now out 30 dollars. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF THEIR EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS, SERIOUSLY EVEN ENOUGH TO COMPLY WITH STATE AND LOCAL HEALTH GUIDELINES.

The most exhausting part of my day was having to wait in my car in 90 degree weather for over 2 hours for our order which we placed on Sunday. We did the curbside pickup which we thought convenient. Unfortunately, We sat there patiently while we watched countless others come and go in curbside and receive their items. The first hour we tried calling the store and we got no answer then an associate came to let us know he's on it. Another hour or so passes until Anna steps up and takes control of the situation and gets us our orders. The funny thing of all this time wasted is that they ended up not having the product we paid for and ordered since Sunday. Side note: we were there to purchase a part to help install an air-conditioner for Grandma who is recovering from cancer and is without ac. The order we placed on Sunday ended up out of stock when we arrived. I sympathize with all the employees who have to work during this pandemic. I understand the craziness and chaos that comes along with retail and customer service on a "normal" non-pandemic day. That's why I did my best to remain as patient as I could considering the circumstances. What I don't understand, is why my order wasn't taken, in order. I was told it's because they are placing "essential" orders first. Yet, everyone was getting their soil delivered to their car and leaving and coming and leaving, while I wait for items that are essential for my grandma's health.

Very bad staff here. The little control freaks at the front door didn't let anyone in for a half hour but did not give anyone in line an explanation. Everyone was stuck waiting in 90 degree heat outside. The staff was rude when people were asking why they wouldn't let anyone in. Don't waste your time here. This place has no regard for people and clearly do not train their staff.

The head cashier is rude they don't take care of your issues or your problems that you have they don't care if you have a receipt or not and rude head cashier place is a joke and I won't spend another dime in it I'm going to all my friends and family to do the same we need a good hardware store in Beaumont Home Depot's not it! DON'T believe everything that you read their either family or friends of the people working there even a manager must be in on it even with the receipt they will turn you away but other stores don't call the other store take care of you they get more I guess it's incentive at Beaumont the end of the year more kickbacks Thank You Home Depot for ruining my life and lot of other people appreciate it

Very upset. Who ever decided to park ALL of the shopping carts in the middle of the parking lot had to be in their 20's. Unfortunately I am in my 70's, have trouble walking and it is hard enough for me to get around the store. And when I looked around you didn't have a single thing in parking lot for sale. All of your merchandise was inside the store where we older customers shop.

Was looking for an advertised promotion on power tools, and as it turned out the Redlands branch had over twice the options on tools covered under the promotion. When this information was brought to light, the manager was actually a little rude while relaying the information. But again, I have had amazing service in the past, but not lately.

Tonight wasn't a very good experience at HOME DEPOT , it took forever to get any kind of service and when we did no one could answer questions , find the right person for the task and to top it all off the machine needed to cut the wood wasn't in working order 😣 !! We finally left with a bigger piece of plywood than we needed and cut it down ourselves at home !!

home Depot is the big box stores they have so much stuff of what you need cheaper then about everywhere else .Tom with do it best has been here for a long long still has this éspecial talent for getting things that home Depot over looks because of not large enough need for it. so they fail to cover the needs of a handy man fixing something rather then replacing something

I personally like the store a lot they have everything that I Ever Need and I love just to go in and browse around the people that help a very friendly and eager to help you if there's a question they always have the answer and the best suggestion. Cost-wise it's about average I really don't see too much that's overly priced. And being a female they don't take advantage of you.

Dont be fooled into thinking they have the best price . Amazon is usually much cheaper . Contractors go to 84 lumber , CED, and other yards for materials. Not to mention you should not give your labor away for free at self check out ( especially when the self checkout clerk is on their phone texting. . Trip hazard in garden, parking lot is a mess ,etc etc etc
