Waiting in line for an hour with only 3 people in front of us. Didnt want the cheaper 8th because he said it had seeds so we got the more expensive one he recommended, got home and guess what... it still had seeds. Ew. And a lot of them. One of the weakest 8tys iv had in a while, hope the clones we got are better. Never again. Waist of time.

WOW!!!!! To start off with this was only my second visit and came in and turned in my ID, then turned to leave and went to my van that parked immediately in front of the entrance door. I sat there a second and the budtender came out with my ID? That was strange to me as the only other dispensary I go to keeps your ID and asks you to wait outside. I guess the guy at the counter told me to wait in line, but I didn't hear that, he didn't reiterate it either when he came out with my ID, which matters later. I have only half my hearing at best that I lost in the Navy and on construction sites and can't hear very well to begin with. When I went outside there was only 2 people ahead of me, but then about another 5 or so showed up so I asked if they kept track of who was next because I didn't want to step on anyone's toes and cut in line. They said, the usual customers who knew, that I was supposed to wait in line or I would lose my place, which I thought might cause conflict if they had a large amount of people waiting and it wasn't clear that we were supposed to stand in line, oh, and there is only 2 X's that I saw, so not sure where the line is exactly? People were waiting on both sides of the door, but not in line, so it was confusing. I then went in and asked if they kept track of who was in line so there is no confusion and I starting getting talked down to because I didn't have the "common sense" to wait in line, basically calling me stupid, very insulting. I even asked if they could put up a sign that would make it clear, which seemed to really set them off, the blond haired one even accused me towards the end of throwing my ID at him when I arrived, very strange. Long story short, I told them I would be doing a review and they told me to leave, I told them that I didn't say it was going to be a bad review, they still had a chance to redeem themselves and stop the attack on me, maybe they don't like working there?

These guys are the best 👍 The manager is top notch. Bought some seeds from them a while back. They didn't have the strain I wanted so the manager recommended a strain called Peggy Sue. After I got them home I tried to find info on them but to no avail so I didn't expect much from them but cracked them anyway. I'm sure you can guess the rest, they turned out to be the best smoke out of about ten different strains I grew that year ! Thanks guys..........(got anymore of that strain) ?

Everything on the website for medical pricing is false advertising.They have their recreational menu listed before tax on the medical menu so all of the prices are literally 25 percent higher than advertised when you show up.Terrible business practice. Do not shop here.

Clones have POWDERY MILDEW. Feb 14, 2020. Click on my name for photos.Do not buy clones from here. They most certainly did not stand behind their "product." They only reimburse for what they paid for the clones. Not good business practice. They told me half of their clones come from a garden that consistantly has powdery mildew. The young people that work here could care less about your health.

I attempted to plan ahead and do my research before showing up at a dispensary and asking for clones. After hours and fruitless attempts of phoning the store, I eventually settled on a different and higher priced dispensary because they know how to answer their phone and provide customer service. Get it together Denver clones or your going to continue to lose business.

Now usually I wouldn’t talk bad about another dispensary but after coming here I’m so angry that I spent one dollar any amount of money at the Green solution buying clones the store right here if you need clothes come here and don’t go nowhere else. When I say super knowledgeable I felt like a beginner who walked out the door with a bachelors if you ever need any type of plants clones go see these people they are awesome nobody is touching them hands down

Customer service was great, I drove only an hour for my purchase. So far all is good with my purchase. I got the UK cheese and Bazookies, I am new to growing so I am not 100% sure yet but I see two little ball like things growing I am hoping it is not a male plant 😩. Will update as soon as I see any changes to verify :). We just bought these this past Sunday so I’m trying to be patient.

AMAZING! Today, I entered a new world, of both quality and customer service, a rarity in today’s society. As a visitor to the great state of Colorado, I have experienced a wide range of prices and complete and mostly incomplete customer service. Ladies and Gentlemen, I am here to announce the bell has rung and school is in session and Selena, the most competent Budtender I have run across In my travel across Colorado has changed my mind about the nature of this industry Many thanks and as much positive praise I can haul with two wheelbarrows for Selena, her help was invaluable!

Normally they have fantastic service, but today that wasnt the case. We were greeted with rudeness at our mishearing at being invited back and the budtender told us a vastly different price to what I've been told in the past during my frequent visits, as well as informing me that the prices weren't changing back (again I was received with rudeness at my question). If they have a set prices all budtender need to be quoting the same numbers and not telling people different prices as well as getting their price facts straight. Suffice it to say my long patronage is at an end for what was once a great dispensary.
