Owner of Green Genie is a Thief! I purchased a bag of prepackaged flower and discovered upon bringing it home it was chock full of non-plant material, what looked like it may have been perlite. I called Green Genie and was told I could return it. When I arrived, they changed it to giving me a store credit. Now, when I go to use the store credit, the owner tells me that it's not in their system and told me I was lying about the situation. Great way for them to make money short term; steal it directly from their (former) customers. I'm thoroughly appalled.

Wonderful experience, pleasant employees and a great selection. We definitely recommend this store for all of your medical marijuana needs! Easy to find location and plenty of parking available. Very friendly and knowledgeable employees. I give them 5 stars every time. We have never had a bad experience. Lines can be long however during these tough times so keep that in mind. But during non pandemic times they will get you in and out quickly. Always a great time.

Definitely check this place out!! From the quality of the product to the amazing customer service Green Genie is smoking! The bud tender Tiffany who served me was wonderful! She was so knowledgeable and sweet (and extremely beautiful) She helped me get exactly what I needed and talked me through everything. I will definitely be back for her!

Greene Genie was recommended to me by a friend and I was hesitant at first because of how far it was from my house. One day I was in the area and decided to stop by and check them out upon arrival I was greeted by wonderful young lady Tiffany She was very helpful and answered all my questions promptly and accurately and she really knew what she was talking about and ever since then I make that hike to Detroit once a week to Greene Genie to get my flower. Thank you all for the wonderful service and great product.

I rarely leave comments of any kind, unless I really feel strongly about the matter. During this difficult time, Green Genie has gone out of their way to keep Michigan Pain Free. With Curbside support,a patient or caregiver can remain safe and secure in their car and order what they need. I also want to make sure everyone knows that each amazing Support Staff member really wants to help you and they can explain or help you find a safe medicinal solution in the MANY items that they have stocked. Thank you Green Genie owner and Staff.

Omg! I just left this place and I had Robyn helping me at my car. She has made this whole experience so much less stressful for me during this pandemic. I absolutely love Robyn! She is so nice and super knowledgeable about the products. Usually when I go in I wait specifically for her to be free so she can be my budtender. I can’t wait to be able to go back inside and see her like “normal” again.

Besides a crazy customer screaming & video taping everything my experience was good today. I was a bit nervous about the situation, but when the order taker (Erica) came over & started talking to me, I became more comfortable. & the owner was passing out free pre rolls to every car! Such a good establishment. Thankyou to the staff of green genie. I will be telling all my friends about this place.

I have to say that I had incredible service the other day when I drove up to the genie. I’m struggling with anxiety really badly right now and Robyn was able to guide me to products that would help with it and every thing I got from flower to edibles she was spot on about. They definitely helped my anxiety immensely! I can’t thank Robyn enough!!!

This place used to be the best around. However as time goes on they seem to be lacking quality. The last 2 prepackaged ounces i got from them were horribly disappointing for the price. Brown tasteless dry buds. Would of recommended 5 years ago. But they seem to be on a down trend even before the covid 19 outbreak began. Not impressed with most Detroit dispensaries, but this one was my favorite. Its sad to see it decline.

Need a better way to keep track of what ppl pay and how they pay.. I was told an amount and it was written on my bag and I paid that amount but this time when I go to purchase they put I owed from my last transaction.. now I am not one to argue or complain but I know I didn't short them. Not happy and because there was no way for me to prove this I had to pay the additional charge and because of this I will not be back or send anymore of my ppl there. Sucks because I liked them..
