I'm just reviewing there online order. the online order is just a mess. As soon as you complete the order, it just boots you to the main menu. No way to track it or anything. They say they will keep you updated via text message. I have received 0. I would love to talk too someone, but you can never get threw. Getting past my negativity, the place is great so are the deals & specials. Just please fix your online stuff & communication.

My husband went to this dispensary today to purchase a cart he had ordered online, so he pulled out the cash nescessary beforehand because we would be on a tight schedule after he got off work. When he got there the man helping him said that the price was more than what the price said online, he even showed him a reciept to add to the confusion saying he only received a $10 discount compared to the actual $15 off. So he pulled out more money at the atm and paid what he said it was just to see the real reciept as he drove off with the price saw online. So he ended up paying more money than he was supposed to pay plus the atm fee and the worker just lied his way into a tip. It wasnt much money but the principle of the scenario is what's most insulting. Add 110 degree weather and the whole situation was pretty dissatisfying

This dispensary is BEYOND AMAZING IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE!! They have been taking care of me for years as a medical patient and ALWAYS give STELLAR Customer Service to everyone. They are all Family to me and I highly recommend going here, you will be very happy you did. Once you go I promise you will always go back to this Awesome place, everyone who works here are All Rock Stars!!!!

Worst visit I e ever had at a dispensery, did not answer my questions and she acted like I was an inconvenience, now I'm waiting for curb side order and my 50 minutes wait time is over an hr. And still haven't got my confirmation .??? This is the store in Henderson.The store on Decatur much better

Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a dispensary. Looked at their menu online saw they had infused prerolls for 15 dollars so I went down to grab one. Only to be told that that deal is online only even though it doesn’t state this anywhere. I would now have to buy two to get that price. She told me there was no wait for curbside though so order through online. So that’s what I did except I actually had to wait about 20 minutes. Finally had my preroll and thought this ordeal was over, but lo and behold when I get home and open my package I find that my joint has been tampered with and someone took some of the weed out of the joint & re rolled the tip(poorly) of the joint so that it was now loose weed at the end of the joint. Pictures of how the joint looked and how much flower came out of the joint which you can obviously tell is only about a half gram or .07 at BEST. I live down the street but will probably drive to other places now after this experience. Can’t even get a joint here lmao

You know I was going to change this and give them a three star just because I almost felt bad. However it turns out that because I complained to management and then put a bad review on here they have pretty much blackballed me from the dispensary. It took them 12 hours I repeat 12 hours I put my order in at 8:00 a.m. they didn't let me know until 8:20 p.m. that it was now ready however I had been watching it all day and it was 25 to 45 minutes at the worst. So clearly they write little things about us. So here they can write this. They put things on the web that aren't there then they try to replace what you've ordered with a lower quality product. They have raised their prices ever since this pandemic started. The only reason they brought back their $49 quarters is because so many people complained. By the way I got a $49 quarter from top notch no big deal, of course I got two eighths for that price so two different weeds yummy for me. By the way they also after I had been complaining about what had been going on, things like price increases, the fact that they don't even do military discounts, the fact the point system is completely gone so anything you've bought in the last 3 months doesn't count, they tell you that it's their new system and they're working on it. B*******. Then their store had the audacity to tell me that maybe I should grow my own weed. Wow what a great store telling me to break the law to grow my own cannabis. I spent at least $100 a week at this store That's $400 a month wow I'm going to take my business to Top Notch. They may not care about one but keep screwing with people and guess what You're going to lose a lot more than just me. Again there are a lot of other dispensaries with better weed for the same prices Don't let this dispensary fool you.

I love the dispensary because the staff is great. Daniel the gentleman who checks me in is the best part of getting there: the prices are reasonable. The incentives are very good I believe. I just wish during covid they would have delivered to my area. Please expand to the other side of the strip. They treat their medical very well considering most of us have no idea what we’re doing.

I used to love The dispensary. But not anymore. Tried putting in a pick up order. I have waited over 4 hours and still haven’t gotten any sort of confirmation. Tried calling and all they do is answer the phone and hang up. Thought pick up would be easier then waiting all day for a delivery order. Horrible customer service. I’ll go spend my money elsewhere.I wanted to give an update. It has been 3 days and still never heard from The dispensary. This place is a joke!!!!! I placed an order Through a different dispensary and my pickup order was ready within 20 minutes. Save yourself the time and frustration and just order from somewhere else.

I don't know who put a toddler in charge of this shop but it was a really bad idea. The third time I try to get a delivery and it's like communicating with a brick wall. Planet 13 now delivers in all Henderson area and you can actually get a confirmation right away, frequent updates and it goes as smooth as it can be. Don;t waste your time with these people.
