Disappointed when you buy joints and they say there all different not true. Why is all the works that are “ Bud tenders“ all under 25? Most to all the little girls they have working there don’t know shit. Just another scam to make money! Poor maybe you should learn from Colorado!!!

If I could give just one location a negative star rating over the course of my life, this would be the place. The prices are roughly 30% more than anywhere else in town, pre-tax. I Spent around $63 on a half of flower advertised at $49, $14 tax or roughly 28% tax on the base. It took several hours before it was ready for curbside pick-up, and upon weighing it out when I got home it weighed 12.2 grams. They charge more, give less and the product is the same as you can find at any dispensary.

I go to the dispensary because, amongst all contenders, the price/quality point matches. I haven't gotten any year-old pre-rolls, 8-month old stale ounces, or really had any problems at all here. The crew works pretty fast to get everyone serviced, and even on the busiest days I've never had to wait more than a half hour to make a purchase. A lot of solid recommendations from the crew as well - seems they hire afficianados. Thanks to Claire for the solid tip on the blackwater og today!

I originally gave them 5 star rating until they told me I could not come in without a mask eventhough I have a medical condition. Thanks for following ADA guidelines. When I asked the guy at the front door he laughed and told me I could buy his mask. Awesome customer service guys. Will be going to another dispensary thanks for supporting a repeat customer

If you do not know exactly what you want the staff is not helpful. I went in and bough some stuff, went home and researched what I bought, and my sales person lied to me. I was looking for a pure sativa, i got a hybrid. I was looking for something completely different than what I got and she just wanted me out the door and on my way. I hate thebway this makes me feel. I am so disappointed. I do not reccomend coming here.

When most of the dispensaries sell identical product at similar prices, what makes a business stand out is the customer service. The pandemic was a good chance to really see the true colors of a dispensary. Out of all the Reno dispensaries, The Dispensary is hands down the most accommodating and with the friendliest staff. I love the people here, I love that I feel like they actually care about my experience rather than my money, and I love that they always compliment my dog when we do curbside! Love you guys! Keep up the excellent work. I am a customer for life, and I will always recommend you guys over the competition.

It saddens me to say this but I am highly dissatisfied with the delivery system that they have going on I was told to put the order in online which I did after I put my order in it told me that it would be anywhere from 90 to 100 minutes for my delivery to be here which is fine and understandable I never received a phone call for them to verify my order so 2 hours later I call them to check on the progress of my order and they tell me that they just tried calling me and notice the person wrote the wrong number down so it was a good thing that I called in to verify my order cuz they were going to cancel my order after verifying my order they let me know that it would be another one to three hours for them to have my order delivered to my home they told me to wait for a text from the driver and the driver would let me know when they were close to my home I waited for a call or text never received any I noticed that they closed at 8 so I gave them a call at 7:30 due to the fact I had heard nothing I was told that they try calling my phone twice and went to voicemail both times so now I would have to wait till tomorrow to re put my order in and wait another 4 to 6 hours could possibly get my order again if they don't mess up on taking down the wrong number or if they keep the word and say they are going to send a text to verify that I am home I'm highly upset because I waited over 5 hours spent over the limit that they were asking and never had my order delivered

I'm a little biased. They usually have good deals, knowledgeable staff, and ok wait times. Timing is everything however, sometimes it feels like none of that is true. Still highly recommended. Monday through Thursday after 9p.m.

Blume delivers w/o a minimum dollar amount. Fast food delivers with a $12 dollar amount. I will ne.ver. order from you again. Your website said $100 minimum order which is just lame, and then when I went to check out it said $120 minimum. Also I was given no idea when my order would be delivered, and when you call their number to find out, the call fails. Never again.

We were new to the experience. Upon entry we were warmly greeted by the 'receptionist' and provided clear directions about how to proceed. She made a great first impression and helped us feel comfortable. After heading to the salesfloor, Ari, gave us some great information and recommendations. She was friendly and super knowledgeable. Would definitely go back.
