Constantly selling different batches than advertised at lower numbers than advertised, they don't inform you of this during your purchase, it's up to you, the customer, to pay attention to what you're actually getting. Also many problems with online order confirmation. Please inform the customer of what they are getting, because Kynd usually has great product.

This used to be my go to place. I would drive 30 minutes just for this one. But during the covid they messed up my order 2 times back to back. I had to wait 2 days even though I was confirmed for order already the pervious day n confirmed over phone it was coming. They gave me a 20$ gift card for first inconvenience and a 5$ gift card for being 2 days late. I asked they just bring my order i was confirmed for. Yea, I understand its a discount. But its already one I have. So during my 2 days wait. I decided to look around. And found one store. That has what I'm looking for, and is able to offer prices that I'm able to save about %60 from final bill from same items.So, the last time I will be back is to use my points.Sorry dispensary

They banned me from the store for using “vulgar language” when I only ever texted their AUTOMATED system in regards to a curbside order that they made me wait over 2 hours for. They ended up never fulfilling the order anyway. God awful customer service ever since COVID-19. I’m telling everyone I know to stay the hell away from this place from now on. Go to Showgrow or Essence instead!

This is my go to spot hands down, nobody offers some of the deals that they do here. Unfortunately they have TOTALLY missed the mark with their delivery service. I understand longer wait times due to the pandemic but I’ve literally wasted a whole day around a delivery. Ordered around 11:30am, get confirmation text 1:15pm. I receive a phone call at 3:30 telling me my order was being put together. It is now 8:38PM, I can only ASSUME something has gone wrong and I will not be able to receive my order on the day it was ordered.Ive been on hold over an hour and I’ve received no further texts or calls to give me any updates and there is no way to check your order and delivery status. Dispensary west will continue to be my go to but I surely won’t be patronizing them during the lockdown.

Love this place, unfortunately delivery service is bad. I got a text yesterday saying “order before 4pm for same day delivery service” I made my order at 2:48pm Sunday 4/26. It is Monday 4/27 9:01 pm and I‘m still waiting. Last order I will ever place. My recommendation is: if you place an order, expect to get it at least 2-3 days later no matter if they promise same day delivery.

Terrible service. Ordered over 24 hours ago, order never arrived, very little communication from dispensary, no way to contact them, phone number listed does not work, when they did call, it was from private number. Highly advise to spend your money elsewhere, this place is a waste of time. I couldve already had an order delivered from somewhere else a day ago!

So many deals! I loved that they had what we were looking for, even though it was part of their daily special and we came in the evening. It was slightly busy with a short wait time but that was no biggie. I have lots of love for how well they treat locals, after all, THEY'RE the true repeat customers! The store itself want anything special but I'd rather get a great deal than pay for atmosphere most places. Will be back for sure!

Very poor service in light of the panic purchasing that ensued from this virus. Very unorganized and they were shut down early on Friday the 20st because they couldn't keep order in their lines. Security was silently just standing there and not really doing their job. I waited in line for four hours to then be turned away because the state shut them down early because they couldn't manage the guidelines they were given. I was told their delivery service would be up the following day, Saturday the 21st. I get up and am happy to see a delivery option on their site. I place a delivery order only for it to be canceled on their end a few hours later because they were only testing the delivery function on their site. When called or texted they give no answer to questions. That being said, they do seem to be prioritizing an interior redesign above assisting the people who want to give them their business. Priorities.

Yo first and for most the bud tender ZACH is the dopest tender I have ever had dude is super nice helpful and patient! And when I say patience I mean patient it’s hard working with a packed house and ending up with the customer that wasn’t to see everything and all the term profiles on everything in the store lol and for that sir you deserve a raise ! The dispensary you guys have a winner on your hands for an employee! No offense to other employees but I don’t mind waiting in line and letting others pass me to work with Zach directly! Once again great place and bud tenders awesome deals and customer service from the check in folksy to tenders great place!!!
