This has by far been my favorite place! I've worked on and off in the industry the past 5 years and have been to ALOT of dispensaries in southern Colorado. The Dispo has absolutely superior Flower, and concentrates! The Terpene profiles are legit! Rachel is a well of knowledge, and is more than willing to share said knowledge when in doubt! Her experience helps when looking for certain healing affects of the cannabis plant. I gladly signed over my plant count to them! And would suggest anyone looking for quality products and experienced customer service stop by!!!

this dispensary has a problem with customer service from the female staff. the male staff members seem so friendly and inviting.. or maybe they don't like other females.. IDK. either way I am not participating in this kind of treatment of customers.

One of my top favorite shops in pueblo, dellard assisted me last and as usual the crew is always knowledgeable on bud selection, Anthony was awesome too knows so much of the product makes it easy to chose, if your ever near pueblo west definitely stop by thanks to weedmaps i get to choose my bud before arrival ???

Update # 2: I went from 5 stars to 3 stars with the first update, now it's dropping to 1 star since I will no longer be going here... they have gone down hill in all areas. The bud is not the same quality anymore and they have jacked up their prices. It seems like they built a reputation to now go for a quick profit... way to follow a classic failing business model guys. To top all of that off the customer service has declined and you now have to go to the recreational side to get any of the good strains. Maggie's farm has now become the better option despite the fact that it has outdoor bud, how sad.Update: So they grow the best bud, but they're always out of it now... sadly I will be dropping a star or two and switching my membership to somewhere else... I mean, who cares if you grow the best bud if you never have it. More importantly, how are you going to maintain your wholesale ability if all of your members drop out because you never have any left for them?I've visited all of the dispensaries in Pueblo West, I'm a member here. Hands down the best bud in town. The customer service can be hit or miss, but I think that might just be the industry.
