Bought a 'space cake' (I've got more high from eating out of date bread) and was told in an extremely patronising manner by the woman behind the counter that I could only eat half of it before waiting 45 minutes. I ignored her and could feel her glare until I eventually left, not a moment too soon. Imagine going into a bar, ordering a double of whisky and being told 'sorry, we don't trust you to handle your alcohol, you can only drink one finger of whisky and then you must wait 45 minutes'.

Really great shop,with a fantastic owner. As per usual brilliant service and the nice thing about this place is that it's not full of the usual stag parties from another European country. The other good things are that is reasonably priced with an excellent product. Personally I stayed in there for over 2 hours in a short visit into the City whilst staying with some friends in Holland. I'd never been there before and was recommended to try. I also have epilepsy and they gave me some good advice concerning the CBD oil products on the market. The knowledge of the owner about this illness was pretty incredible and I ended up buying the 25%CBD oil product. It was the strongest I'd found in the City hence the recommendation.

Came here after seeing good reviews was not welcomed at all. All 4 of us told we had to purchase a gram and drink to sit in. Lady shouted at me as I took a photo (nowhere does it say no photos). Workers stared at us walking up and down past table for our whole experience and also was very rude to other customers asking them to move. Very ucomfortable feeling inside shop :(

I was here about two years ago. Then it was great. Friendly staff. Fine selection. Cute downstairs area to smoke. Today I was here. The girl was not friendly. Said we couldn’t smoke there unless we bought drinks which we did. Then we were told that we actually couldn’t smoke there at all because there were three of us. There’s enough places around to not have to deal with all of their politics

Female staff member felt she was either 'above' customers or just straight up didn't want to be there. Asked about cakes, she got one pre-packaged out of the fridge, chucked it on the counter without even looking at us. Pre-rolled products are of questionable quality and decor is tacky... I'm just another person echoing of all their poor reviews.

Nice place and the staff were pretty nice and friendly too, but we were told we had to buy a drink and a gram each to sit down which didn't seem to apply to any of their other customers and seems to also be the only place in Dam that does this so thought that was weird,b it's nearly NYE so will be maximizing profits where they can. It was busy-ish in town and nearly time to catch the met back to the hotel so wasn't too phased by this as we would have just gone elsewhere and bought more anyway, but the selection wasn't great, pretty standard and nothing special and felt very underwhelmed by the venue, has got great comfy seats though!

I needed to urgently use the toilette before buying material from this place (I was waiting the big line) and they didn’t allowed me before waiting my turn. The arabic person attending people was very rude (I’m not racist, only to designate who was the one acting unaccordingly). I visited this place back in November 2009 and it has changed a lot. You should be more respectful to your customers.

Walked in with 3 friends for a casual smoke and coffee after dinner on a rainy Sunday evening. We went to sit down at a table and were told none of us could sit down before ordering and we had to order a minimum of 1 gram and 1 drink per person to sit down at a table. Why? We were a chilled group, 2 couples all in our 40s. We live in Amsterdam. Why these strict rules? We decided to go down the road to Easy Times (highly recommend!) and had a lovely time we shared a pre-roll, a space cake and teas and coffees.
