I placed an order for delivery between 10am and 11am yesterday only to receive a text saying it would be between 230 and 630. I get it, they are busy so i just stayed home all day waiting for this order. 630 came and went and then at 752, 8 minutes before close i got an automated text saying my order had been canceled. I tried calling last night as soon as I got the message but they turned off their phones early. I tried again this morning to give them the benefit of the doubt but they aren't even answering their phones now. Im using this as a MEDICATION and it unacceptable to fail to make this delivery and not even notify me about it. If you are needing medication I would advise going somewhere that cares a little more about their patients wellbeing.Edit: after calling 5 times I was able to get through. The gentleman working in dispatch seemed very honest and genuinely concerned this had happened. He is currently finding out what happened and is putting me on the first delivery block for this morning. I will update with a better star rating if this issue is able to be resolved.

I called the store to find out which 1:1 tincture was clean without harsh additives. The girl assured me that Clean Concentrates was clean. She unfortunately did not even know the ingredients of the tinctures that she sells and didn't bother to look. It was delivered and I saw that there was almond oil in it which I am extremely allergic too. Good bye $300.00!! And of course no possibility of credit or refund.

Very slow and unenthusiastic staff. Poor parking situation around the scourge and degenerates of society made me very uncomfortable. Same products and specials for years. Nothing notable let alone competitive with other dispensary specials. Too many other options to waste your time on downtown or east side D2. Never anyone there so can't imagine how they have stayed in business this long or will continue to do so for much longer. Greedy

I Told You I Would!!! I went to this location a cple days ago, it was my 2nd trip ever visiting a dispensary (my first time was at a different dispensary, HORRIBLE). Tony was excellent i told him of my first experience and let him know that ive never been to a dispensary and that i was a little nervous. He offered me educational materials and took the time to answer all my questions, he was very knowledgeable of what he was talking about. I told him why needed my medicine and everything he recommended worked great for me!!! Thank you to Tony and the rest of the Downtown Staff for making me feel welcome and wanted. Will definitely be back!!!

Wasn’t Impressed as a 1st time patient! I went in for the BOGO 8th Of flower and they only had one strain available. To add insult to injury they had their Top Tier 8ths that we’re on sale and they wouldn’t even honor the BOGO for a 1st time patient on those given that I would’ve paid more for the higher grade! The guy said I’d have to buy the full price too tier for the BOGO to work. Seems like a F’d Up sales scheme. If I could do ZERO stars I would!

I’ve got lots of good things to say about this place!!! Always good vibes and friendly customer service. Stores always well organized, clean, and easy to navigate. I often come here for their concentrates selection. They have a good amount of the higher end connoisseur brands like MPX & Drip. However their most recent in house wax has been absolutely fire. Gives these brands charging us $45-100 a gram a real run for their money. Can’t wait to see them continue to change the game on its head! Not to mention the base distillate of their in house cartridges will knock you on your butt.

One of the worst waits in all the dispensaries in Tucson besides Bloom over by tucson mall. If you call it in Good Luck getting out in 40 minutes. If it's a walk in be prepared to be there for an hour or more no matter how many people in the waiting room. Only reason I rate it two starts is because they're wax is decent but still too overpriced any day but Monday

Hmm.. their grow of flower has been pretty hit or miss, for flower. Sabrina is always super nice& direct, randomly they will have a good grow.. but I def suspect that “disgruntled employee” was trying to get rid of things that inhibit the growth of therapeutic grade flower.That said, growing flower requires a lot of attention/ regulation ESPECIALLY IN QUANTITY& indoors from the Tucson weather. I guess they just don’t have the quality control that therapeutic grade flower requires. Spectrophotometry can only give isolated metrics that can be super arbitrary to medicinal grade relief. The % THC/ CBD/ phenotype doesn’t necessarily correlate to the quality of medicine.I hope they manage to up the game of flower.

Awsome selection of flowers, wax and edibles at beyond fair prices, you can sign up for e-mail deals and they have some amazing flash sales from time-to-time I personally like the perfessionalizem they provide when I go. I love the waiting area with a big-screen TV with all the items and prices in a nice easy-to-read font/layout what sets this apart from other dispencerys is the fact they run infomercials on some the there televisions with great information about some of there types of products and helps you fully understand how to use, the benifits and effects of and just general information about what you need to know before using the products/items I'd give 6 stars if I could they truly are professional and go above and beyond here!

I purchased the bogo deal for a vape cartridge and had my order set up for delivery with 5grams of shatter- all indica and indica hybrids- when I received my order 2 flavors were Sativa and packaged as a Sativa. I said nothing and figured maybe it was mislabeled or something but just a mistake on the website. Then I went to use my vape cartridge and 1 of them is defective. So I called and they refuse to deliver an exchange. The whole reason I ordered delivery is because I don’t have a running car right now. So I paid for 5 grams and 2 vape cartridges and received 3 grams and 1 cartridge. I will exchange it when I have a chance to get down there. But that will be the last time I buy from downtown. Every time I order it’s $100-$150. I order several times a month. But it’s all good- they don’t want to make money. Or maybe they don’t want to make money from me. I can hit up another place I have a few that are closer to me- a few others deliver or hell, I can just walk in to a shop, pick out my flavors- make sure they are labeled correctly, and not worry about having to pick up my order twice. At least when I pick up my order I save the tip for delivery.
