They deliver for free, which is excellent since they are the only place delivering right now. They wear face masks most of the time (very important) and are friendly. The service is quick and the delivery is reflected in the prices but they have deals on products all the time, just get in on those deals. Dominic always wears a mask and maintains safe distance, very friendly and knowledgeable. :-)

This used to be the only place I went. But after spending hundreds of dollars here over years of being a faithful customer, it comes down to customer service! Customer service means, that as a manager you don't get to yell at customers when your drivers mess up. But since that's apparently OK at this business, you won't be getting our business ever again.

I cannot recommend Diem highly enough! I used to jump around with delivery services but once I tried Diem I was hooked. I’ve been ordering from them for quite a while now and I have never been disappointed. Their flower is always fresh and tasty, and edibles and concentrates are always priced so reasonably. Definitely check out Diem next time you don’t feel like leaving your house to get cannabis!

Dominic did an excellent job with my delivery! My address is kind of difficult to find so I’m impressed he was able to find it no problem! And my order arrived super fast.Love this shop! Everyone is always friendly and knowledgeable.

Love love love this place's vibe and energy. There was a hot moment when buying weed, even after it was legal, was kinda the worst experience and consistently had you walking away feeling like a criminal. Nowadays I am a VERY consistent buyer at this spot because of the environment, the energy, and the staff who are always pretty awesome(also pretty good deals). A new hire that was real sweet to me and my very quarantined frazzled head was a blonde gal named Teddy. She was the best and helped me find exactly what I wanted. Wasn't rushed at all and she was very patient and sweet with me and the customer before. Thanks guys! See you real soon!!

This place is awesome, every time I go in there the employees are always extremely helpful and nice. One employee in particular, Austin made us feel very welcomed in the store and had a nice conversation with us while he packaged our order. Now if they just sold the smokies gummies I would never go to any other dispensary! Their prices are always amazing compared to other places and I’ve never had any complaints about the quality.

The staff here are super helpful and do a great job of helping you figure out what you need. Ariel helped me with finding just the right thing for me (a Pax!!) and was great about making me feel a little less intimidated by all of the options available. It can be overwhelming sometimes, so her down to earth approachability was much appreciated - will definitely be coming back and would recommend for first timers.

I’m new to the area and was looking for a local dispensary to help with my anxiety, but I wanted something to relax me without having to smoke it, as my boyfriend is allergic. One of the employees, Ariel, helped me find a bath soak, which is awesome because it has lavender in it and I love baths! This really helped me settle into my new place (I used it as soon as I got home.) and my anxiety melted away. Such a great product and store! Plus it was 25% off for Mother’s Day! Thanks Ariel! I’ll be sure to come back soon!

I wanted to shout out Austin S! For his remarkable service in helping me and my father find the perfect strains for us. My father has had many surgeries and I struggle with insomnia and anxiety, and Austin was so accommodating, patient, and warm to our questions. He definitely shines through and paints the culture of your company on his sleeve. From knowing the different strains and their effects, body or head highs, and breaking down the beauty of the tree. Thank you and Austin for making our visits so much warmer!
