I have never taken the time to review a company before but I feel others should know what my family just went through with this company. What a horrible experience! My mother in law passed away and my father in law and I went to this florist to have flowers delivered for her funeral. We discussed with the lady that we didn’t want some small thing, we wanted a nice, big arrangement. Oh yes said said. It will be nice and big and beautiful. We told her we wanted a banner on the flowers saying beloved wife and mother. Oh yes she said. I can do that below the flowers so it won’t cover any of the flowers. Great. We paid almost $200 for these flowers. Funeral comes and there is a huge arrangement there from all the grandkids. We asked them how much they paid for them and they tell us $200. Great! Ours should be nice and big like that. Nope. It’s a third of the size of theirs and no banner. We call the florist to talk to her about it after the funeral because she couldn’t be reached until a few days later and she has nothing but denials and even has the audacity to say she did us a favor by putting in extra flowers. Not only is my father in law grieving the death of his wife, but has to deal with this lady who thinks her flower arrangements and god sent. Please, save yourself the heartache and order your flowers somewhere else and from someone who has some compassion.

I have nothing but praise to give the owners and the quality of work they provided for my beloved Mothers funeral. From my first encounter with the owner when making the arrangements for flowers to the realization that Hemet City Florist had gone above & beyond to ensure my Mothers wishes came to pass, the experience was remarkable. I appreciated the relaxed atmosphere in which we conducted the floral arrangements. Suggestions made by owner, but, never pressured into purchasing more than needed. I was on a tight budget and it was acknowledged, the final costs were within the budget. Thank you to Hemet City Florist for your professionalism and genuine concern to make my Mothers casket spray be as she had wanted. Lovely & Classy! - linda kunishima

I was looking for a florist that would deliver flowers for a memorial service in Hemet on a Sunday. I was feeling frustrated because 1800Flowers was of no help. (No Sunday delivery.) I called another florist in Hemet and they said they would not deliver on Sunday. I called Hemet City Florist with little hope that they would help me.I was thrilled that the florist did help me out. She answered my barrage of questions as this was my first time ordering flowers for a memorial service. She was generous enough to deliver on Sunday to the church. She described the flowers she would use and she even texted me a picture of an arrangement that would be similar to the arrangement she would make per my request.On Sunday, I arrived to the church 1/2 an hour early. (I was from out-of-town, almost an hour away.) I wanted to make sure the flowers arrived and that they were as I expected. The flowers were at the church, in the arrangement as I had imagined.I am very thankful that Hemet City Florist came through for me when a giant, online retailer couldn't.

Recently I ordered flowers for a friend from Hemet City Florist. It was a great experience. The employee who answered was friendly and helpful. She gave me several suggestions. I chose to send a mixed bouquet in a basket. Our friend who received the flowers was delighted with them. She said they were fresh and looked beautiful. We have found our local florist.

There was a family funeral, and due to unfortunate circumstances I did not learn about it until the night before the service. I contacted Paul at Hemet Florist (City Florist & Gifts). I discussed very specific details of an arrangement I wanted delivered to the service on the same day, nonetheless with a detailed letter. Paul took his time with me, understood why my requests were important and discussed how they could help me. The order was placed at 8:30am on 8/16/13. At 10:00am I had emailed a confidential letter for my family to Paul, who printed it out to include with the arrangement. At 10:30am, Paul text me a photo of the most stunning bouquet of flowers, using every last detail I described to him. They truly turned out some much more beautiful than I imagined. Paul then followed his text with a personal call to tell me the job was almost done. The only thing left was to deliver them to the service...The service started at 4:00pm, and the flowers arrived on-time with the letter sealed in an envelope. Even though I could not be there physically, it was through Paul & his team, that my love and sympathy could be gestured. If this team of people can make the near impossible happen with such short notice in the most considerate manner, then I trust they can do anything! An absolute saving grace to this moment in time. Thank you Paul, and thank you City Florist & Gifts for all of your help, consideration and true professionalism! This is the best florist I have ever worked with!!!
