I hired their services for the first time on Valentine's day. My girlfriend loved the flowers, and all the passerbys did as well! The delivery was on time and everything was done according to plan. I really appreciate the beauty and detail they put into the bouquet. I also Iiked their easy-to-use website interface for choosing the right flowers. I will use their services in future events. I recommend this business to others.

Moreno Valley Flower Box is an amazing and personable company. I did an online order, and their website was very direct and easy to follow..not overwhelming at all. I called the morning after I put in my order to verify if it was received and they were absolutely lovely to speak with...They made me feel like a life long customer. They were extremely professional and transparent. Prices are super competitive and much better than other places. The flowers were absolutely lovely too! Thank you so much and I look forward to being a returning customer.

well i went to order 2 baskets off plants,, i so many nice baskets at the store so i trust the place, first time here and i ask to make me the baskets for the next day pay $55.00 per basket ,,,very disappointed today as pick up the baskets.. to small for the price almost empty one ugly flower on top was coming apart, baskets quality very poor never trust this place again, poor business they really rep-you off,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I had a last minute order for a lei (island flower neckless) forgive me if I mispelled it wrong but everywhere except for here did not have it. I called the moreno valley Flower box and the woman working there went out of her way to make one for me. My daughters school was having a father daughter luau. She even made it within 2 hours! I arrived and it was ready on time. No hassle.. They looked beautiful as well. I definatly recomend this flower shop.

Ordered the deluxe Sweetly Scented Pinks for my eldest daughter's birthday. Very disappointed to see the comparison of what I thought I was ordering and the actual order. The flowers online look beautiful and full, but the flowers my daughter received were anything but beautiful and full. I understand that in some cases flowers may not be available; however, the Moreno Valley Flower Box should have the sense enough to fill in flowers that would equate to a deluxe order. They failed but got paid anyway.Please go somewhere that values their customer and their work to provide fine services.

I received gorgeous flowers yesterday. My daughter who lives in Ireland ordered me flowers for my birthday from this shop. I must say this was the most beautiful arrangement I have ever received. When I sent my daughter a picture of the arrangement she said, "It looks better than it did online!" Thank you. I wish I knew how to post a picture here.
