What an amazingly rude experience I just had. This is my first time ever visiting the store, and I won't be back. Had to be the worst customer service I've experienced at a dispensary to date.I had never visited this store before, and wanted to see inside and check out their quality of products. As I step in the front door, a gentleman asked me for my ID which I gave him. He asked if I was a customer or a vendor, and I said potentially both. He said their manager was not in the store at that time who does the purchasing, to which I replied that's not a problem, I still wanted to check out the store. He let me in and gave my ID to a lady. I walked up to the counter to see what they had in stock and I was verbally attacked, and accused by the grouchy older blond lady she didn't like how I "snuck in there", supposedly "misrepresenting" myself. I shared with her that I clearly told the gentleman at the door that I'm both. She verbally disagreed with me, at which point I was so blown away by how the interaction went, that I said I would leave and will never step foot in this place again. I do not recommend anyone go experience that kind of service. There are plenty of other dispensaries around. Go to everywhere else, but, The Flowershop. I would give zero stars if I could. I have never been treated so rudely at a dispensary.

I've been in here about once a week for the past couple months, they have great bud for beyond fair prices and a super friendly staff who always have good reccomendations. Sometimes the wait is a bit longer than if you were to go to a bigger dispensary that has several people working at once, but I'd imagine that's because they legally cant have too many more customers than budtenders.

Kind of a get your stuff and get out vibe. High prices on buds. Some staff and cool but some are just not friendly at all. If you're buying an 1/8 you can't spit or and OZ you can only get one strain even though it's the same price.. to be honest they're just not very engaged. it feels like they don't want to show you all the different strains and all the different products. Just feels like they want you to get your stuff and be out

They shorted me when i bought a gram. I got .9g for $5, and i found seeds in the flower. I got the ogkb strain. If your weed has seeds it should be clearly labeled and sold at a discount!!! Nobody wants to pay high prices for pollinated flower! And DONT EVER SHORT YOUR CUSTOMERS ON WEIGHT!!! WTF?NEVER RETURN

For being on Powell, this shop has a nice vibe. Sure, there may be the occasional man screaming at the newspaper dispensers nearby, but thats Powell for you. Solid prices, friendly staff, and a great selection of goods.Heads up, they take your ID until your transaction is done.Other heads up, they do not carry anything proprietary(PAX, IndigoPro[AiroPro], G-Pen, etc.. )Aside from that, i recommend this place!

Constructive criticism from an almost daily customer: Need some mid shelf product, the top is good and the bottom is alright, but I need something to choose from in the middle. Top shelf pre-rolls are only there like half the time I come in. Please always keep a range of pre-rolls available! Sometimes I'm not sure if this place is closing down or not because there won't be any product. Walking in and seeing only a few strains to choose from sucks! You sell weed there, so you need to have weed available. Not sure how the doors stay open with 4 strains of top shelf and some bottom shelf. Beef up the available product and I would be soooooo happy!
