Feedback:
Employees are uneducated and neglect to let you know important information about products such as specific cartridges are about twice the thickness of a normal cartridge. Then doesn't want to help resolve the issue when I return less than 10 minutes later. Manager is only one that can help but in no way wants to contact the manager. Should have just said it was defective because then its returnable.

The last 2 reviews are absurd. This place is fantastic and Will is the absolute best, but everyone there is always extremely kind and helpful. They do the best they can about the wait time, when you're working alone there is only so much you can do when a line forms. I've never had a negative experience here and I visit very frequently, mostly because I enjoy visiting with the staff and because their prices are quite reasonable. A majority of them remember me, make me feel like a valued customer (hello rewards points), and are eager to help with any issues or questions I might have. I'd recommend The Flowershop to anyone. Check it out and you won't regret it.

The weekend guy is a jerk. Will I think he is called. We stopped going there because he was so rude and impatient to his customers. He was decent to us but while we were waiting "always such a long wait there" We overheard him bashing other customers that he didn't like. Very rude, very unprofessional must be a friend of the owner because he really is terrible....
