Enjoy the products here. Clean and well lit establishment. I just wish some of the budtenders were a bit more educated on the products they’re selling. Asked for the name of a cultivator on a strain, and the girl couldn’t even give me an answer without asking a couple people before finding someone who knew.

I walked in and a lady sitting in an office chair through a hallway turns, looks at me, then turns back around. When I finally do get into the part of the store everything was very overpriced, $20.00 a gram for midgrade weed. I went down the street and got a some bud that was 26% for $10. Double the price half the service I will not be back

I've been shopping here for quite a while now, usually go in every other Thursday morning to take advantage of their current ounce sales. I've not had a single strain from them that I have not liked. Service has always been great and as a medical user I weigh everything when I get home. Not once has the weight been low, always been on point. Rewards system is great, as a heavy consumer I regularly rack up enough points for the 25% off reward. I don't know what else to add other than keep on keeping on, you guys are great!

Always love coming to the spot! Been working in the marijuana industry now for a couple years in Ak and will have to say this place is my favorite spot other than where I currently work (Herbal Instincts)! Love the Shatter Saturdays deals they offer; was wondering if you guys offer a industry discount? Angel the budtender my girlfriend and I had the honor of dealing with had great customer service! What an incredible group of people. Beautiful building, amazing decorations, Amazing/Knowledgable Staff, Top Shelf Quality Products across the board, clones, seeds, and the knowledge to back it up. My persinal experiences have been great. But today i sent my boyfriend to get me more concentrates and one of the staff supposedly sold him some FECO claiming it can be vaped, however my research on Google tells me otherwise. It's completely uncool to sell somebody something that they dont want when they have no option to return or exchange the item. It's partly my fault for not getting it myself, but the misinformation didn't help.
