Feedback:

Loved the security- very friendly and welcoming. From the moment I was called to the counter by AbbyJo it seemed like she had no interest in helping me. When asking about the difference between two cartridges (one live resin and one not) she seemed irritated that I had asked and would not directly answer. Instead of saying simple I am unsure or do not know the answer the just kept saying it’s not good, when I asked what about it was not good (was it the brand? cartridges have issues? Not popular?) her response was no and she began to tell me of her boyfriend not liking it but smoked it anyway because she got it for him. I stated that’s not what I had asked and picked a cartridge just so I could leave. At which point she then began to try and explain the difference between live resin and non. At that point I was beyond frustrated and shut down further conversation. In my experience this location seems to be the location for rude staff as this is not my first experience with this type of customer service there. The Canyon location always has kind and welcoming staff! Knowledgeable and if not they will kindly let you know.
