I called the manager, Alex, and he said he didn't need my business and you don't need Alex. He ssid he would chsnge tje ad so it would exclude strains in the future. Ad was changed and refused to worj with me. I had to csll s myrsid of times to get an explanation. Dont trust their sales and be prepared for random exclusions with poor explainations as to why items are excluded from sales. My experience today was unsatisfactory as they advertised 20% off all flower half oz and oz sales but excluded one strain from the sale that was not posted on their advertisement and would not work with me even when they knew it was a confusing sale. I consider this poor customer service and was frustrated with the employees effort to remedy the misunderstanding.
