I called the manager, Alex, and he said he didn't need my business and you don't need Alex. He ssid he would chsnge tje ad so it would exclude strains in the future. Ad was changed and refused to worj with me. I had to csll s myrsid of times to get an explanation. Dont trust their sales and be prepared for random exclusions with poor explainations as to why items are excluded from sales. My experience today was unsatisfactory as they advertised 20% off all flower half oz and oz sales but excluded one strain from the sale that was not posted on their advertisement and would not work with me even when they knew it was a confusing sale. I consider this poor customer service and was frustrated with the employees effort to remedy the misunderstanding.

Been coming here for almost 6 years! The quality is always on point! The place has gone through a lot of changes through the years, but they never mess with quality. Customer service from my last couple experiences were pretty bad though. They will always have a place in my heart, but not worth the hassle that often anymore honestly, especially when there are so many dispensary choices out there now!

High quality people and products. By far my favorite dispensary. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It’s a higher class experience all together. Relative to a the large chain stores like curaleaf, who’s business model is to just get as many people in and out as possible, quality and customer service coming last. Awesome people and awesome quality meds at the Giving Tree 👍🏼

There's no first time patient deal unless you buy the strains they want you to so I didn't get anything was gonna buy io extracts a couple grams which I know is a good company but to spend over 50 bucks and not get even a pre roll? The cashier was uninformed about product they had didn't even know prices and was generally unwelcoming first time here was last time here who wants a Bogo for something they didn't plan on getting and something that's less quality

This was my first time and I really like this dispo! Everyone was nice, even when I saw management. My DA, Mr. Willie Green was awesomeness in a bottle!! He made me feel welcome, talked to me uninhibited about "sensitive" products, and he fully understood my sense of humor; which is the largest bonus!!! I came here for the ACDC, which is absolutely phenomenal! The flower is very fresh, not over dried, like a lot of places. I can't wait to experiment more with their clean products. I will most definitely be back to visit!

Best dispensary in Arizona. Amazing owner; great product, and extremely professional. On par with CA and CO dispensaries. I’ve worked in all 3 states. Giving Tree is the ONLY dispensary if you’re a serious head and in from out of town. Giving Tree is #1 in the state of AZ hands down; and yes...I have been to them all and sampled products from them all in the state of AZ. That’s my job.

I saw that the giving tree was selling grow science hash rosin for $40 on Leafly.I live over an hour away so I made sure to call and place a pickup order for 1 gram. Sabrina confirmed over the phone that the price was $40 and when I asked what my total was after tax she told me it was "tax free day" and that it would be $40 total.After arriving and getting to the back everything was going well until I was told the price for the hash rosin was $60. I told my budtender the situation and even showed him the price on Leafly as well as telling him who I talked with.He went back to talk to the manager and came back saying it was a mistake and there was nothing they could do.I ended up having to leave with nothing and at no time did a manager come out to apologise.I wasted my time and gas for what I thought was a good deal on grow science.This is a poorly managed company and I would not trust them with my medicine.Update 7/25/2019:No one has tried to contact me from giving tree after this all happened but thank you for the apology.

The greatest dispensary I've been to. The prices, and inventory is why I went. The staff and atmosphere is why I keep going back. Everyone is super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. And I really like that they don't implement the "pot stigma". They sell medical cannabis and work with their patients to find the right medicine and dose for them. They also offer free consultations in a private and comfortable setting to discuss treatment. I really can't rave about them enough. I will continue to be loyal to the giving tree.

The nicest dispensary I've been too yet. Very beautiful store and waiting room. EXTREMELY helpful and friendly staff that offer you water while you wait. The product is top notch. I'm a HUGE fan of their Kindred line, the "relief" is by far for me the best anti anxiety green I have ever had. The prices can be hit or miss, but when they have deals the saving can be substantial
