I've been going to the center for 3 years and they have excellent service. The staff are always very kind and knowledgeable. The doctors are professional as well as being amicable at the same time. They listen to your concerns and take them seriously. I have never had an issue with the center. I reccomend calling ahead if you can because I'm sure it is easier on the staff than walk ins. (They are super great with walk ins as well) Overall I'm glad that we have this resource in the community that is perfect for people of all age groups and identities

This place is absolutely ridiculous. As im standing here at 8:53 they are still not open and it says they’re supposed to open at 8:30. I have an appt at 8:45. The birth control consultant (clinician, or whatever she is) was rude last week when I had my first appointment. She comes in the room saying “so obviously you’re not breastfeeding if your want this specific birth control” I said no I’m not. She said “well how come, why aren’t you breastfeeding” in a super rude way. Uhm why does it matter to you how I feed my child? The receptionist were not very knowledgeable or nice either. The clinician is very judgmental and just rude. You know I was going to give this place another shot today as I get my birth control today. But it’s now 9:00 am and they still haven’t opened the doors. As I sit in my car with my 2 month old baby waiting for my appointment that was scheduled for 8:45 😒😒 if I could give negative rating I would. Hands down worst experiences I’ve had at a medical office. It’s 9:15 and they finally got me checked in and pulled back but now this nurse practitioner who is seeing me today is asking me all the same questions that was asked at my first appt uhm hello do you read chart notes? I’m done with this review there’s too many negative things about this place thank god this birth control last 5 years by that time I will have found a real doctor.
