Chris D and Daniel came to our house to give us insulation. They were quick and professional throughout the whole process. They also communicated with us throughout and it helped me understand everything better. We initially just wanted insulation for our attic but they gave us more than what we thought we needed. They rodent proofed our house because they saw that we needed it. I didn’t feel like they were trying to take advantage of us and get the most money out of us. Instead I felt like they actually cared and wanted what was best for our home. I would definitely recommend the Attic Project if you need insulation or rodent proofing!

Phillip, Jacob and the entire team at Attic Projects are the best at what they do in attic space... They took our home built in 1980, and completely brought it into a modern, energy efficient space. The process was exactly as they laid out the plan and made us feel comfortable. I highly recommend these this company. They are the very best at what they do and are affordable. Best plan, price and service out there.

Chris D, Chris H and Javier were all amazing and professional. They removed all the blown in and batting installation as well as sanitized the entire attic and did rodent proofing. They were very clear with everything they were going to do and made it as easy for my roommate and I to get around the house while they worked and they kept everything very clean. 10/10 would recommend!

They were able to do what another Attic company couldn't do in 3 attempts (i had to call them back to finish up twice). Chris D, Javier, and David from Attic Projects came and not only got all the insulation and contamination the other company said it couldn't get, but took great pride in the fact that they "conquered" the task and decontaminated my attic. The other company had taken the "easy" route which left mice droppings, dead mice, and openings that Attic Project fixed right, the first time.

Initially I gave this company more stars because the team was friendly and professional. However, the company did not provide us the service we asked for. We spoke with the site assessor and salesman about rat removal from our attic, and they guaranteed their removal along with a 6 month warranty. After spending 2k this service was not performed. 3 days later the rats chewed through the wire mesh they placed to keep them out (which was placed poorly - the sealant was caked on everywhere without actually sealing anything). We also found rat babies in our garage from where they crawled out of our attic. When I called their company, they told me that I had to spend more of my own money to set up traps to kill them myself. Why in heavens name did I just pay you 2k for then? I really feel lied to by their sales people and gypped out of a lot of money. Wouldnt reccomend anyone use this company ever.

Jose , Edgar, and Rodolfo were right on time and made the everything so easy. They made sure to thoroughly explain the process and really put our mind at ease. They left the place just as clean as when they came in and now we can rest easy that our 100 year old house will continue to be pest free! Very happy with the service we received. Thanks guys!

After extensive research (my typical mode), I decided to contact Attic Projects online. I was contacted the next business day by a very polite and professional woman who set me up for a free estimate with Philip. I was told he would contact me 20 minutes prior to his arrival, which he did. After some discussion on my goals and options, Philip inspection the house. Within a short time he presented my wife and I the proposal with options. Philip did a great job answering all of our questions. There was no pressure. We agreed on terms and a start date. There had been a couple calls from the office and Philip for time and date confirmation prior to start date. All very professional. Chris called me the date of the project to let me know they we on the way from their yard. Chris and crew arrive as scheduled. Chris went over the scope of the project in detail, answered all the questions and got started. They cleaned out the old insulation and debris, took pictures and installed the new. The clean up was quick and complete . The whole crew was professional and courteous.Chris did a great job at going over all that had been done. Showed me pictures. He assured me it was completely as planned, but if I was dissatisfied in anyway they would address any concerns immediately. Philip followed up the next business day. I'm a retired Operations Manager with a General Engineering Contractor. I don't recall ever giving 5 stars, but this Company earned it.

Had a great experience with Attic Projects from begging to end. Gus Menezes was very thorough in explaining the process. the crew that came Chris D. whom was the crew lead, Javier R and Chris H. was on time and was very courteous and professional. I had such a great experience that I would recommend them for any ones next attic project.

Attic Projects did an excellent job of cleaning out our attic, thorough interior/exterior rodent proofing, and installing new insulation. The project took a bit longer than expected but we’re confident we won’t have any critters in there anymore.Thanks Jose, Vince, Javier, Chris D and Edgar for a job well done! 👍

Chris D and Luis M came and serviced our house today. They were professional, thorough and made me feel confident through a walkthrough and pictures that the rats would not come back. We were very impressed with their work and while we hope they don’t have to come back for the rats, if they did we’d be happy knowing they are securing our house.
