I came in very new to medicinal marijuana and pretty intimidated by the unknown. I was so impressed with the warmth and knowledge of the staff. I felt completely at ease in asking questions and confident in the information I received. The prices were reasonable and the product was high quality (according to family members with more experience). the atmosphere is super clean with awesome decor. The painter must be good 😉. I've heard that the owner is a great guy and treats his employees well. I mentioned it to my Dr. as she sometimes has patients who need a recommendation. I will continue to frequent this awesome dispensary!

Is Professional how the staff greets you once coming inside, and the deals are mind blowing which made me want to stop by which I did and bought a nice eight of Lava Cake And an Edible because there was a deal today which is penny Wednesday which you get a single dosage edible for a penny with a purchase of any incredimeds edible. Keep it green!🔥

A close friend told me that Pot is coming from another Solar Sistem, this guy is a Wee Bartender on Vegas... So my answer is that down here we got this Place The Green Cross at San Francisco is a favorite ✋ to get something from another World..This is the idea of quality and quantity Steve is a Great Bartender He will guide you Through The Menu and needs. I have a special review to give of this place.I came in for my first time 2 days ago. I was drawn in by their reasonable prices for sustainable, outdoor, organic cannabis. They have multiple strains under $200/oz that fit those standards, and are very delicious, not bammer.I was given a number to wait until called, and in the meantime, I went to the ATM to withdraw cash. One of those machines that locks your card, and then unlocks it, and THEN gives you the cash.So the ATM gives me back my card at the same time my number is called. I have ADD and this was like a perfect storm of distraction, and I took my card and went to the counter. I did not grab my cash.I smelled a few jars of weed that were all amazing, and selected what I wanted in less than 2 min. When I tried to pay, I realized I did not have my money.Turning around, I saw no cash in the ATM. Someone had taken it.The budtender went to the manager's office and quickly found footage confirming someone had taken it, and then proceeded to call the individual to get the money back.The person never answered, and I left feeling stupid for having been so careless, regardless of the fact that the store never once made me feel this way. All self-imposed.Anyways, the store ended up offering me $200 in credit because they felt bad this happened to me on my first visit.This was in NO WAY expected nor demanded. They offered to help because that is the kind of character this store possesses. They knew I was getting my medicine, and that this was not the kind of thing that typically happens, regardless of it being entirely my fault for walking away from the money in the ATM.Regardless of all of this, the store has great weed for great prices, and really wonderful staff / ownership. They went above and beyond what was already enough for me to come back, and now I'm as loyal as I can be.11/10

Not my preferred experience. don't want to wait in a line? Awkwardly crowd into a small space with strangers while you wait for a number to be screamed at you. I can only imagine the upcharge on products pay for the Dr Seuss art and high-tech registers, and are not an indicator of the quality. Despite all their investments, they are still cash only and you are forced to use an ATM in the back for a fee. Never going back.

I've been using the Green Cross for over a decade, maybe 2!!! Im an og from the delivery days and these guys would run over to Russian Hill no problem....Always appreciated that, thanks everyone past and present who work there. Such a great bunch of people, good vibes, best selection, and best of all, best prices hands down in the city. Love the Green Cross.

Nice place. Awesome selection of Accessories, and Eatables. Plus some "nifty" Green Cross Memorabilia. Unfortunately they DO distribute their products in PLASTIC containers. 🤬 I walked out with 5 pieces of (Not Disposable) Plastic to dispose of. The Flowers were all 25% or less. However the prices were good for that level.

My experience at the Green Cross couldn't have been better in any way. There was an undoubtedly chill vibe accompanied with an extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. The prices were very reasonable and the place was clean and organized.. no need to go anywhere else if you're in San Fran. It's totally worth the hills! Cheers💚
