Best Medical Buds in the State of Nevada! ... AND they'll go out of their way to get Your Nevada card if You're from here, or You can get a Card from Cali because they gladly honor all out of State Med cards...super nice, friendly people doing God's work in a red necked town that makes this the only dispensary in Nevada not allowed to sell recreational buds...true hero's indeed..,Support Freedom, Support Green Cross Farmacy of Fallon, Nevada! ( did I mention their killer selection and beautiful converted Craftsman style historical " "Mansion" they painstakingly restored? Nice, real nice!)

Wheelchair friendly. Cash only but has an ATM. Staff is super friendly and passionate about what they do. They were also super helpful with questions about the process to obtain a medical card.

*disclaimer I am from California* The selection was limited, prices were very high, quality was sub par. I purchased some wax and flower, it got me by but not sure I would ever come back. The highlight of the visit was the staff, they are very friendly. Would recommend as they are the only shop in Fallon, but if you have the time take the extra drive out to Reno.

How can you rate the first Medical marijuana shop in Fallon? The variety doesn't compare to the Reno shops, but hey... beggars can't be choosers. Great customer service, great location, great atmosphere.

They advertise lower prices than what they charge. Mislabeled amounts. Also state that they have a lot of concentrates, drove an hour to get there to find they don't have any Rove cartridges and most of the other stuff was gone as well. Next time will drive the extra miles to get decent stuff! Hugely dissappointed!!!
