HANDS DOWN the BEST shop I have ever been to, you couldn't find a better more convenient place. Staff are 100% happy and ready to serve you, so organized , overall a great environment, I recommend anyone in the south bay to give them a try , they even have accurate color coated laminated menus so you can read what they have instead of trying to look around for the best deal , I love this shop so much!

I usually like going into this place but today I called to see if their credit card machine was working or if I needed to stop off for cash. Person on the phone managed to say he thought so, I asked him to check and after five minutes seemed completely baked and couldn’t give me a straight up yes or no.Try better with those answering the phone.

I have been there several times in the pass 2 months of becoming a member there and each time I have been inside it's very atmosphere is very nice and the people that work are very knowledgeable and helpful .. Service is AWESOME security guards are very helpful as well I would definitely recommend green cross of Torrance For recreational as well as for medical reasons of use . KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !!!

I WAS a frequent customer until today.I presented my Drivers license and my valid 60 day DMV extension valid until 9/30/19. ( which was accepted by the CHP at a recent traffic stop). The security guard told me he would not accept it, to go to the DMV and come back??? Like I’m am coming back!I went down the street and made my purchases with absolutely no problem.Too bad, I liked this place. They need to train their personnel on the documents they are supposedly are inspecting.

Whenever I'm in the Long Beach area, I love coming to Green Cross! Since I work with a distribution company, I get to visit this shop a few times a month, and it is always a pleasure. The staff is always warm and welcoming, and Julien always make sure I have everything I need. The shop also looks beautiful now that they've done their renovations, and now that it's so much larger, the extra space works perfectly for doing events. Security guards are always nice and well mannered, and I always appreciate their help with bringing in any stuff I have inside. They have a great variety of cannabis products, and the friendliest staff to help you choose. I love that they carry both Heavy Hitters and Rad vapes at this shop because it's amazing that there are so many clean and potent options for patients to choose from. If you're looking for a new sativa, I highly recommend neon dream from RAD :)

Came to this place a few times to purchase Pax era pods security made me feel extremely uncomfortable profiled me from the minute I walked in the door wouldn't let me look at products in the counter recommended that I stay to the right side of the room until someone was able to help me it's pathetic in this day and age we're still dealing with racism besides that pretty decent store knowledgeable customer service reps hopefully they won't let this One bad apple spoil the tree

Green Cross is a great shop with plenty of options - whether you need flower, vapes, edibles, tinctures, or just about anything else, they're well stocked.I come in from time to time to run special promotional deals on RAD vapes and it's always such a pleasure to work with the friendly staff. They're not only good to their vendors, but more importantly I've seen each and every budtender take the time to address each customer's unique needs without rushing. The RAD team loves this store and is looking forward to coming in again soon to host more events!

This is hands down the nicest and most knowledgable staff! The store is modern and bright, they have a wide selection, but it's the fantastic staff that make this place so much fun to visit (that includes the security guards too.) If you're an aficionado, you'll enjoy chatting with their experts (seriously, they're like walking weed-o-pedias!) If you're a novice, you'll enjoy their friendly approach to education. They make sure that you know what's in the product, the effects, and the cultivation.

Drove an hour to check out some strains I was interested in, even called to ask if they accepted credit card. Got there 30 minutes until closing (10pm) and was told they won’t allow service past 9:30pm because I am a first time customer. No where on Leafly, google, or their website was this posted. The person I spoke with over the phone also failed to mention this “rule” so, 1 star for very poor customer service and failure to communicate pertinent information to customers.
