my favorite store for many reasons.... Management and staff are top notch. fantastic friendly knowledgeable service. always helpful store atmosphere always lively and fun!! this store really appreciates its customers also!! right now during the pandemic they have a great online and curbside service that I really recommend everyone use to help keep all of our favorite budtenders safe!! if you haven't shopped here I highly recommend that you do the selection is huge and prices are good!

Great selection; if only the staff were consistently as great. My two most recent visits I’ve had problems with a (new?) staff member, I believe the his name is Jace. He snapped at me the first time for following the directions on the website about how to pick up an order placed online - stick your head in the exit door and check if it’s ready. The guy gives me attitude and tells me I need to get in line with the rest of the customers because they were here first. Maybe he needs to know the store instructions. Luckily another budtender stepped in and helped me with what I needed.Second visit, guy tries to up-sell me. I ask for trim, he tries to sell me flower of the same product, to the tune of almost $100 more. I say I’m not interested and get a snide comment about how trim is fine if you don’t care about quality. Look, man, I’m on a budget and making my own weed better, so I know what I came in for. Also, not the best approach to talk down some of the product you sell. The attitude just makes me want to not come in the store when this guy is there and go to Trove instead. I’m willing to go pay more there than deal with him.

I discovered Cascade Herb 2 1/2 yrs ago when I relocated from the south and saw it was only a couple blocks away from my apartment. Have been going ever since. These folks have incredible knowledge of everything they sell. I needed something to help with my insomnia and...BAM,there it was ! RSO and Crystal Clear . Best products and best Bud Tenders anywhere. Thanks Cascade for being here for us !!!!

This is the shop that’s on top of tings! Most shops have good nice employees but Cascade rules the service domain.Cascade has a huge selection of high grade and quality low end flowers.The cartridge selection is massive and along with all the favs Cascade will have a lot of really good current strain cartridges. I never leave reviews, but today I had an experience here and was left pretty confused and disappointed. I placed an online order in the morning for subX ice cream cake and i95 cookies. I didn't get any sort of confirmation, so I called before going in to see if they got my order. They did. They also were out of i95 cookies so they swapped it out with God scout cookies from root down. The employee on the phone told me they don't like subX and that this is a better version of a similar strain for less money (weird to talk down on a product you carry that is actually one of the best in the state). The God scout cookies was the airiest, thinnest, stemmiest weed I've seen in years. Quite literally the opposite of i95. I don't understand how anyone could give this recommendation while talking down one of the best buds I have ever smoked. They are nowhere near the same quality. Major eye roll of an impression after not going for a couple years for similar reasons.

This is hands down the best dispensary in Bellingham. The staff always greet me with a smile, are eager to give recommendations and help answer every question. They have a dope customer loyalty program that has saved me hecka money! They have also risen to meet the moment of COVID and continue to provide flexible, easy options to meet everyone's needs.

Once you find the right bud tender for you, this place is amazing. If it wasn’t for the random terrible advice it’d be 5 stars. Which isn’t the end of the world; different tokes for different folks! Unfortunately for them I’m super picky. If you want to look around they wont hover over you like you’re up to something, or a zoo animal. I will say even if they don’t like you, or even if it just seems that way, they will treat you with respect. Which is always nice when it’s much easier to just be rude.

Came here it when it small and just opened. And then didn't return for 5 years or so. However, they do have good prices and selection, and have grown a lot. The vibe is very up here in general. I am writing this review because I feel this shop has grown in very good ways and it's cool to see, also see below. I have been here three times recently and all three times the staff helping me was great. Do not know names but have been helped by both a man and multiple women. They all had a really good grasp and could communicate very effectively about nuanced differences between buds, batches etc. One woman in particular was extremely knowledgable and had a great grasp on the industry, I was recommended some Ron Burgundy and MILF, it does taste quite good and is very pleasant as described. As well as they are different strains relative to each other so that is a great suggestion and example of the knowledge. I love little things like this and it makes the difference about where I'll spend by money. I wasn't rushed once and was given a lot of options despite the store being busy, which I appreciated because I like to see what there is before making a decision and discussing nuances is really enjoyable as I feel it helps me select the best product for me. Good selection and hours; however be very mindful of what the prices displayed are versus what they try to ring you up at, and the customer service is hit or miss depending on who helps you. I’ve had stellar service one day and subpar service the next. But the pricing problem is the big issue; tried to pick up a 28g of Lawless Jackson with a display price of $30. Sweet deal! Girl helping me said nothing different to this until ringing me up - at $50. I was then informed the price displayed was a weekend sale price and no longer valid. When I referred to the package in the case that didn’t indicate a weekend sale she ripped the price sticker off and threw it away. If this was right at opening? Maybe but if you leave the price on there well into the sale day and won’t honor that? Not impressed.

For the Easily-Impressed, Novice, College Crowd Only...(skip if you care about what you’re buying and how you’re treated).This place survives on location alone. They sell a lot of low-grade product to western kids who can’t tell the difference between bud and oregano. The selection is hit and miss at best; the menu consistently inaccurate, misrepresenting their inventory time and again, with some of the most uncaring, disorganized staff in Bellingham. There is very high turnover here; very difficult to find decent customer service. *I want to note that there are maybe two or three females on staff who do seem to be trying. Sadly, they can get lost in the sea of middle school bs running rampant here.Ordering online for store pickup will not save you any time, as staff members are clueless on keeping the flow going in the store. You will waste a lot of time in here just trying to be helped/acknowledged. For those of you spending your parents’ money on bud between naps on your friend’s couch; for those who know nothing about cannabis and will take the word of an uneducated, unprofessional “staff”; for those easily convinced to purchase by a couple of cheap buzzwords, this is your place. Enjoy! This place definitely doesn’t care to have my business and it shows.
