Having to wait in line in the sun I passed out I don't understand why you cannot use Leafly on Tuesdays. I just think there should be a better way than to be standing in the parking lot Sun, dust and dirt, after waiting 20 minutes I decided to leave because I couldn't stand in the sun any longer. I've been going to your dispensary for years and it's just so sad that you can't figure out a system

I wish they had more staff to take care of patients. Or the staff could be faster a lot more faster. As I am writing this review this is the 3rd time that I have left that place and gone to another. I don't know if they care about losing clients or money but they need to do something about their times. I see they hired an older lady God she is so slow

Use to be my favorite dispensary, however things have changed. For some reason you don't post THC%.Very important to me. You can't tell quality by looking through a plastic window. Also, I got tired of fighting a morning crowd only to find out that what I wanted and what you posted, you didn't have!!! Sorry I settled for lesser quality. Popcorn flower in top shelf. Bring me in with your Friday special and not have the product!!

I waited an 1 1/2 in line and another 30 mins inside. This was not very good service as the manager did not help move the line along no apology offered to any of the patients outside. He was on his phone the whole time. They really need to re evaluate their system. Especially for online orders they should be able to get their medication and leave. Maybe an express window and get new management ASAP.

Great place to come for shatter on saturday and the staff is always welcoming and kind 👍🏽 The only issue I have with them is they don’t keep the online updated for people to use during covid-19. But when you call they encourage online ordering because of the virus. Over all I like this place but a few things need to be fixed. If you are looking for quick service this is not it.

Can’t say I’ve had a good experience here. As much as I want to like the halo every single time I go I am disappointed. Have to drive past almost every other dispensary in Tucson to get to this one so you’d think they’d want to make sure they take care of patients but they don’t care about the people they just want the money. I have gone here on more than one occasion to get something they advertise as a special and they do not have any in stock or are sold out less than 3 hours after open. Drove 45 minutes here to leave empty handed because I went for an email special that they didn’t even have going on. What a waste. Do yourself a favor and skip this place, you’ll spend less, get better quality, and have more selection elsewhere. Halo used to be good but no longer in the top few. Money hungry.

Express Order is A Joke!!!! I received my confirmation text stating that my order was READY. Upon arrival I told the rep at the desk that I ordered Express. Yet, I sat for over 25 minutes before being called. When I went up to the window the rep smartly stated “ It’s 2 ahead of you!” Why was I being made to wait if I ordered through Express and then received CONFIRMATION THAT MY ORDER WAS Ready.......Update as of 03/20 One of my go to dispensaries. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. A few even know me by name so it’s an added plus. Prices are always great as well as selection

Used to be my favorite place but I don’t go here much anymore as their prices are a higher than most places around town , also they don’t carry much variety in flower, and online ordering is a pain. However the quality is good, but they need management to figure out their express ordering, they should up their stock instead of cutting off online orders because they run out product too fast, if you stock more product because your running out, it would mean more sales to the bottom line and happier customers. It’s frustrating as other dispensaries seem to understand how fast they can move product with online ordering so they stock up to accommodate.I have to say though the sales staff are awesome.

Gave this place a second chance and instantly regretted it. Takes WAY TOO long to get called back to order. I don’t understand why’s there are 3 employees sitting down behind the window yet 20 people in line. Or even when there are no people here I still wait up from 30-40 mins. Very unnecessary, shouldn’t take that long to order items. Waiting for over 40 minutes for them to call 3 people ahead of me “Because they ordered online.” NEVER coming here again. Terrible experience.

This place might have some decent edibles and won awards but how they label the product is horrible. I was told by a worker broad-spectrum had all cannabinoids. If I'm not mistaken that's full spectrum. I even mentioned this and was told no broad-spectrum has them all.😑 Pff I've been in and out of here the last 7 years even asked for a job at one point but makes me laugh how much is wasted on poor packaging and educating the public wrong. Broad-spectrum contains no THC yet you have stuff packaged with THC with that label. If anything should be labeled a full spectrum. Idk if I'm gonna ever go back again even though the dinosaur stuff in the lobby is pretty cool. Idk if this place has tegrity or just having to much fun recreationally.🤣
