Uses proxies aka fake accounts to boost ratings. And you can find better deals with Non custy prices aka new York type prices.Places like the Joint and MANY MANY other local shops offer true west coast prices. Stop giving scammers and crooks your money. It helps support their methods and techiniques to take more from your hard earned money then is fair reasonable or deserved. And keep your eye out for any of your personal information being misused or sold. Seems to be the craze of establishments that gather unnecessary amounts of personal information for the prilavage to make a purchase. Me and multiple other people that Have used this service and provided our first and last name Have also gotten non agreed intrusive text messages promoting their product when no permissions were permmited to the marketing part of this biz. Really messed up spent my last 35 on a quarter of tjs platinum cookies a few months back and called because it was moldy gross unsmokeable and the guy said he couldn’t refund anything.... ??!? Except concentrates so I was like okay that’s good to know for future reference then I ordered happy cabbage purple starburst that was dank and Nelson and company’s gelato 33 hash rosin... the hash rosin was old and I tried to exchange and got treated like I was a criminal... I haven’t returned sense... I hope maybe managers changed hands...

I went their for the first time (I usually go to OG) and they guy that helped us was nice and gave me 20% off a delivery. Well I went to use it and they did NOT honor the discount and was rude. There customer service is bad. 👎They really should have not lost me as a customer. Sad. Never will I get treated like that at OG.
