Jess is fantastic! I went to other dispensaries and the customer service was absolutely subpar in comparison. The wonderful atmosphere she is able to create, along with her immense knowledge of the product makes for an amazing shopping experience. And her recommendations are beyond perfect, this is the best dispensary in Parachute by far.

Allow me to explain the bad review. Today is my stepdads 66th birthday and the day of his retirement. So we visited every dispensary from grand junction to Glenwood to get his birthday deals and promotions. Every single dispensary was happy to participate.... except this one. His ID expires today but every single dispensary except this one looked the other way. This one not only wouldn't do a birthday deal, but wouldn't serve him AT ALL. He's 66. Retired today. It's his birthday. He's a veteran. This place needs a lesson in respect.

To put it simply, these guys are the best. They have intelligent, knowledgeable, engaging employees, a welcoming environment, and a wide selection of flower, Edibles, concentrates, and gear. I make the hour drive several times a month just to go to the green joint. The employees they have are amazing and they keep me coming back. If you want a great experience go to the green joint in parachute

I was a fan of this place until today.. yesterday 12/6 I get a text saying happy anniversary come in for a 1/4oz for a penny I was like hey cool they appreciate their customers today I get a text saying it was rescinded and that it was a error that was pretty much a big FU to the customers who received it I think I'll just go else where for now on

I came in for my second time at this location and had a pleasant experience with Sean. He took ownership of a miscommunication and turned it around into a positive experience. I really appreciate the unique advantage The Green Joint has with them growing their own flower. I was informed that they have maintained the standard of quality in their grows from the days prior to recreational availability and it really shows in the end result.At the end of the day though the respect of how customer service should be is what will be the biggest reason for me returning again! I really wish other businesses understood the value of this and that customer service is what brings customers back to your location.

Our first time in was a good and friendly experience. We then left to go the dispensary across the street to compare prices. When we returned we were immediately told to get out because we had product from a different store. As we were walking out of the store we asked if we needed to bring our receipt from the other store in once we put our other product away but he refused to answer and said “All I know is that you need to get out of here with Kind Castle’s product. We are The Green joint not kind castle.” I’ve never been spoken to in such a rude tone and manner. I understand there are rules and laws but considering the growth of marijuana tourism, businesses may want to consider that out of state customer may not know all the rules and if they don’t maybe inform them instead of being rude and unprofessional? Especially when we stated to our Salesman that we were going across the street to compare prices and would be back. A simple “if you buy anything there you can’t bring it in here” would’ve saved us a lot of trouble. I have no problem following the rules and I understood the reason why we couldn’t bring in the other product once we learned of the rule, but I’m highly disappointed with the way the security person handled letting us know. Luckily the surrounding dispensaries had cheaper prices, better selection and excellent customer service.

Stopped here on the way through Parachute, CO. The gent who helped us was very knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. He did a great job with answering our questions and making recommendations. Great service! Plus, he had a super cool beard/mustache combo. I'll definitely come here again if ever I find myself in Parachute, CO again!

Cheapest prices. I drive from Grand Junction just to go here. Getting the joints (gram each) is the cheapest way to go and you can just undo the joint and load your bowl each time so it lasts longer. 4 jays for 25$; taxes already included. The point reward system is lovely! 100 points for a free joint. Also, the staff is always nice and knowledgeable. I love The Green Joint! Only problem is they need to come to Grand Junction!!

I really liked this dispensary. It's clean everyone is friendly and they have a nice selection of products. The only reason that I gave 4 stars vs 5, is because I felt the guy who helped me, didn't know as much as he could have. I had specifically asked details about certain strains and he didn't quite know, how to answer. I'm hoping it was just because he was new. Overall, I'd definitely go back.

I love this place. The staff is always mellow, eager to help, and friendly. They make great suggestions and the quality of their product is always above and beyond expectations. They have a loyalty program that is easy to use and gives great rewards! I drive all the way from Grand Junction to come here, specifically, and don't see that changing any time soon. Prices and specials are always the best, also. Love the building itself, it feels comfortable and cozy. I really hate the sterile vibe you get in some Denver places. Makes me feel like a criminal.
