Feedback:
Most shops carry same products so in my opinion a review would only reflect on the atmosphere/experience in store and customer service. When I called the shop today to get some info on a product the employee did not have enough product knowledge to answer. After part of my question he interrupted and said “have a nice day” and then hung up. Unfortunate to have a receptionist represent the company that way. Hopefully this feedback helps the customers and company.

I moved to Spokane 2 months ago and buy and ounce everyweek. These are most unprofessional non customer service oriented budtenders I've meet. I always feel rushed, and budtenders very irratible and don't hide it. Yesterday after purchasing I told the budtender that served me thank you see you next week he ignored me then my husband said same thing to him ignored him as well. The door people have been great and welcoming if it weren't for them and good brands like from the soil I wouldn't go here the budtenders kill the vibe everytime

Once you learn their shopping/ordering system (browse until a budtender is free and approaches you or until they are free and you grab them), it is typically a solid visit.Good selection. Good prices. Inconsistency on some SKUs that I prefer (bring back the Good Earth) but I always get 5 star substitution suggestions and service from Luke!

I dont typically put 5 stars on anything, nor do I even write reviews hardly at all. But 1 extremely good samaritan was a huge help to my fiance and I. An employee named Luke went out of his way at work to help us jump start our vehicle because the cold weather was killing our car battery, it was much appreciated and I had no extra cash to leave him a nice tip wich I do feel bad about but I could not let kindness go unrecognized! Also a quick word on his performance as an employee he was also the one who helped us inside the store, very honest gentleman had amazing advice and knowledge of product. And the cherry on top is this place has great prices, seems like whenever we are on a budget or are running low on cash the green nugget always has somthing for us.We plan on returning because in a world full of toxicity and hate, it's a hopeful thing to realize that there is kindness in the most unexpected places.THANK YOU GREEN NUGGET STAFF! AND A SPEACIAL THANK YOU TO LUKE!!!

I am thoroughly upset when these guys did not honor their online sales price. I made an online pickup for an oz that was discounted to $38.75 from $45. I went to the store to pick it up, was told it was still $45. I alerted the lady to the mistake and when she talked to the manager on duty, he informed me they would not honor the price because the $45 price tag was apparently the discount and that they would correct the mistake. If you are not going honor your mistakes and remedy the solution afterwards then these guys should be paying better attention to their website. This used to be my go to place, but honestly this has discouraged me from going there any further. If an upper management rep of the store sees this could talk to me about this i would consider going back. It does not make you guys look good for not honoring your mistake.

😊Hi, sorry, umm, I don't partake myself. I just give people rides there. So the 3 stars are mostly because you are/were close enough to get to. Cause I sure wasn't gonna drive'em to "bum-£÷=§·¿`´-Egypt! If you know what I mean. Exspecially! If I don't partake in it myself. But from what they've all told me, - they are very, very pleased! So, there! I hoped this helped & cleared things up.

I love this shop more than I can explain!!!! I just turned 21 in June and I've been to about 3 shops in spokane. This was by far my favorite!! They make you feel welcome and are also very educating about the product they have!! They have a rewards system so the more you spend the more points you get(they definitely add up over time) Amazing service!! I wont be going anywhere else!!!

Good variety, pretty active staff ready to approach and help even if a bit ignorant, in which case they are quick to check with other employees so good work ethic. Some of the better prices in town as well.Some note able cons are that they have a check at the door ID area which while I've never been a fan, they take to the next level by requiring you to remove your card and have it scanned. A bit excessive if you ask me, especially when they frequently ask you a second time at the cashiers. On top of that this was one of those locations that thought themselves clever and tried to get around cash purchases by exploiting bitcoin. That behavior has justifiably been put to a stop however.

Shop has a great variety of products, and at least some of the bud tenders are very knowledgeable. Biggest complaint is that the system they are currently using to assist customers usually results in them helping people who have just walked in, rather than the customers who have been waiting for a while. Almost every time I come in I get cut in front of by several people, and if I say anything it gets brushed off. On more than one occasion I have tried to get help, but due to staff members standing around doing nothing when I need help I have decided to leave. There are a handful of great bud tenders, I believe his name is Lucas (Younger man with tan skin), Michael, Tia, and a girl with long blonde dreads are easily the most knowledgeable and helpful. If I see any of these people on staff I know I am going to have a good experience, but if they are not there I will usually go somewhere else.
