I have been visiting this location for a year and a half, every since I moved to the street. I've been spending money their every few days. Today I went and forgot to keep my elbows off the glass. The employee that was working with me said "keep back off the glass & away from the plastic." So I leaned back and said "yeah I'll take that one." He said in a stern voice "could you hear me when I asked you to stay off the glass?" I was already standing upright, nowhere near the counter. I said "yeah I was just moving on to the next thing. I would like that one you showed me." And he said "No I need you to leave." I was baffled. Nothing bad had happened. I asked for a manager. He showed me his lanyard (a little piece of printed paper). He kicked me out until the next day "come back when I'm not here." I'm still baffled. He had the attitude. I was just asking what the problem was.

Was sold the incorrect product yesterday at 4 on my lunch break came home after work went straight to bed, got product out to use this morning realized I was sold the one I didn’t pick out. Called as soon as they opened and said I couldn’t do anything since it has almost been 24 hours. Couldn’t use the product so out $30. Lost a customer

Never had a bad experience at any Green Planet location. Budtender recommendations are always solid (and they don't try to upsell you), weed is always excellent quality (just ask how fresh it is if you don't want older bud!), and the prices are impossible to beat if you know how to stack discounts. 1 oz. quantity discount + 10% off on Tuesday + 2.5% customer loyalty program + 1.5% cashback from my credit card = the best price to quality ratio in the area.

Easily the best dispensary in the Portland and Beaverton area. Probably the best I have visited across the country as well. Lots of fresh products to choose from with a very extensive menu. Many pieces of creative, custom glass at affordable prices. They are always offering some sort of sale, so make sure to check the website before you visit. Can't wait to see you guys again. Keep up the great work.

Came here from other end of Hillsboro for a $26 online order via Leafly, when I arrived the total was over $45. Ended up still having to pay $36 for only half the product I came for. Sales associate claimed it was Leaflys fault not theirs, either way, they didn't fix the problem and I left the store very unhappy. Even my online order receipt showed my total of $26 and they still refused to fix the issue. I will NEVER shop here again.

The green planet has been my go to for most of my cannabis needs. There is no more informed or enthusiastic staff anywhere else. Their prices are spot on… And they even have a discount program for those over 55. I know there’s a discount program as well for medicinal clients, but I don’t know the details about it but if you go in it’s worth checking out. Plenty of parking in a convenient location…

Decent prices and a great selection coupled with a friendly and knowledgeable staff make this one of my favorite shops in the Portland area. True, you may spend a few extra bucks compared to some of the city based establishments; but in return you'll end up with the product you want instead of a product you can live with. In exchange for a couple minutes of patience, the staff will even pick the stems off of your flower. Hard to compete with top notch service.

I've been once before two years ago and both times had a different process for ordering and paying. Lacks easy to understand flow of how to get help, order or look at glass. Roped off areas for line cut off areas to look at glass. I promptly left after they didn't have seeds and was too difficult to look at glass. Didn't order cannabis this time.

I visited oregon for the 1st time and my brother in law reccomend this place . It was over all a great place. Decent weed . Great priced wax ,rosin and shatter . I'm super picky with weed and I would have to say there quality of high end bud is a 7/10 . It's not real 10g in my opinion. But it's a great place to get some decent bud if you dont have a local guy. ( 10$ off 1st time ) 13g wax and shatter etc up to 18g. I liked it Great premade joints. 7-18$I would come here agian. Amazing staff , great time

Between the rewards program, return policy, friendly staff and good selection, I can't see myself switching to a different dispensary any time soon. The biggest issue is that the main parking lot isn't very large. There is a secondary lot around back to help, though. Late afternoons and evenings can get busy. There's (as of the time of this review) an early bird discount, so there's good reason to visit in the morning instead.
