Great pricing compared to City Cannabis & Hobo, wonderful customer service! Had a couple of hiccups with a few recent orders (my fault) but Cherie had great response time (left a message using their contact form) and was very helpful. Pick-up & delivery services are both very convenient. Before pandemic time, all the bud tenders were very genial and helpful. Although the online order system is very convenient and easy to navigate, hope this shop can start taking walk-ins again! Always has a very friendly neighborhood feel.

There is often a line up but the line goes fast and staff is/can be friendly. I’m saying, can be, as it is hit or miss. Some are quite helpful and some can’t be bothered to much, cause of the line up.Only negative point. Their assortment is hit or miss. Days there is tons and days there is barely anything. Don’t come in after the weekend, I suppose!

During these strange times, I tried the e-mail store. As always the product was most EXCELLENTAs for delivery they say deliver in 3 to 5 days. My order more complicated I ordered late on Good Friday. Turned out I botched the payment Store closed for the holiday reordered late Sunday night so 1 would be Monday order was processed and I received it early on day 3.That's the fastest order/delivered I have ever had. THANK YOU to the STAFF

One of the few shops still kickin it after legalization, these guys really provide a valuable service for the community. As they're not legal(in the process I believe of getting their license), they have suffered a couple of unfair raids. I love this store though because they do minimal packaging and the budtenders are always really nice and knowledgable! I feel comfortable asking them questions about products. They offer delivery service for registered members, but you can buy without being registered. Sometimes their debit machines are down, so make sure to have some cash on hand. No credit, and only Canadian debit!There's usually a bit of a lineup, but it goes really quickly. Just be patient and you'll be in and out in no time. Keep up the awesome work y'all!

Let me tell you about this dispensary. They always have the best selection of strains. The staff are all super friendly and always willing to help you find the best weed for you. They have a wide selection of flower, hash, edibles, and cbd oils. I’ll never go any where else for weed. They have fair prices. I recommend the strawberry Kush if you like a sweeter and mellow high. But really anything from here is amazing

Positives; Staff is awesome, prices are affordableNegatives; Huge lines and a ridiculous carding policy. I'm sorry but if you look 30 or more there should be no reason to card, not to mention most of the people visiting have been there hundreds of times. Also their product isn't that great, buds are typically AA at best, can't remember the last time I had something I'd consider AAA from here. I suspect they buy too much at a time as the weed is rarely fresh.

240 for an oz... and it's in 28 pre weighed grams. They would not just sell an oz. When the pre weighed bags tend to be on the under weight side it adds up after 28 times! Also if you weighed the product wet after time it will be less. I assume this is why your bags are generally light. Weighing at purchase will always be better. The worst option is to be given pre weighed grams when asking for an oz. I hope this clarifies something you're response seemed misguided.

Called to inquire about a membership, guy answered the phone with a single " ya ". I said hello and he said " yah " . I said hello again, and he said " yup " I asked if this was the dispensary, and got a single "mhmm ". Needless to say, first and last time I'll even try to go to that place. Sad when dispensaries on Hasting have better customer service .

This place is really cool. They have very friendly staff that are nice regardless of who they’re serving. They also have free rolling papers, filters and a grinder that you can use. We purchased a few prerolls- hybrid and sativa. They were all really good.Considering this was just a random place we walked past, they definitely blew us away.

I'm blown away by how professional these guys are - visiting from AB where there's nothing but for-profit recreational stores with overpriced garbage, I didn't know what to expect here. The location is comfortably laid out, a straightforward menu is written on the white-board behind them and there's even a table with papers if you need to twist one up before leaving. A no-hassle experience where the quality and price is every bit as good if not better than the black market encourages people to get what they need from a safe, reliable and professional non-profit and this kind of model should be replicated nation-wide
