What can I say about Crafted Green that has not yet said before? Well, I can honestly say that Crafted Greens is by far my favorite restaurant in all of El Cajon and I have lived here almost 2 years. But, the best part about Crafted Greens besides the delicious and nutritious food is the beautiful friendly people that work here. Always make me feel welcomed and loved. Could not imagine living in El Cajon without Crafted Greens. I love all the food items. Especially the Guacamole Greens w/Ahi Tuna, The Brussel Sprouts are always amazing. The Beet Salad w/Salmon is another favorite, The Ahi Sandwich w/Avocado is amazing! Do not get me started on the desserts, they always get me with the seasonal desserts and one of my favorites is The Pumpkin Cheesecake! Wow! Honorable Mention is the Amazing Cheese Cake with that Graham Cracker Crush!! Love you Crafted Greens!
