I don't smoke myself, as I am unable to with my work, but was able to buy some stuff for my dad, the female working recommended OG Kush since my dad has a high thc tolerance. She then also recommended an edible, and an injection style edible. She shared a story about how she took the whole injection instead of the smallest drop like you should and she ended up being high for 2 days straight. It was a great and funny story, great associates, and great prices. "Highly" recommend.
