Overall Feedback:
Normally we love your store but our experience with your online ordering was really disappointing. We wanted to save some time and have our order waiting but we couldn't get past the first page. First time waited half an hour for cart to load, second time couldn't even get cart to accept the order. We were hoping to use the 40 off coupon but it is only good for on line orders. Not sure if we will stop at your store tomorrow to give you a chance to earn our loyalty back.
