I've known Heath for a few years now and this dude is very knowledgeable about cannabis related medical and recreational products. He will not beat around the bush with you and let you know exactly what it is that you'll need and don't need. Great guy, don't miss out on at least shaking the man's hand cause i promise you, you will not be disappointed in his direction for a better high life. Love ya brutha, can't wait to see u again!!

So in the days of a pandemic this store, and its managers specially rather "rearrange" the gummie shelves than to help with a line that has 30 people in it. That's all well and good, but looks bad when the state is recommending groups of no more than 20 together. You'll get eye contact from the manager, but they dont care. But thats standard practice for a company that bribes its customers for good reviews. But at end of the day, not much to expect from the walmart of weed. Walmart quality, Walmart prices. Bump

Andrew S is what Customer Service is about!! Went in with a budget, and of course wanted more! So he helped me out with a discount! I promised to review when I got home, but stoner me forgot (of course). I went back today, and remembered instantly what I had promised, so I apologized, and then he helped me out again! For some reason my previous review (and a few other negative ones placed by others) got taken down. This place is over priced for some sub-par bud. It’s definitely a tourist trap. Don’t go here if you have the choice.Edit: Found out that they offer discounts for good reviews which seems shady and dishonest. Take those ratings with a grain (or heap) of salt.

I had a horrible experience at the front desk when I came in on Friday, April 24 at 10:00am.I had a couple of questions about my ID as I was out of state, and the woman at the front desk, short with dark hair, began immediately harassing me to leave the store without even hearing what I had to say.Her behavior was rude and completely unprofessional, so uncharacteristic of the staff at the "Green Solution". I did leave, and soon came back in to protest and ask to speak to the manager. She did get the manager, but she made me feel like a criminal the whole time.The manager was better than the woman. He couldn't help me regarding my ID, but at least he was more professional about it.A horrible, embarrassing experience. This location needs competent and professional help on the front desk.

Well ran business and great prices, but the product is just not up to par. I've tried to stick with this company because of a great rewards program and good experience, but I think its time to finally move on. There was a couple of strains I did like but the availability was hit or miss and now those strains seem to be completely obsolete. The rest of their product leaves little to be desired, and I tried just about all. I have been smoking for over 30 years, so I know my product. :)

Mauryan H was the most informative and kindest employee. Made the whole 6" thong ok and helped me with my choice. Was super sweet and a pleasure to talk to. She helped me choose and gave me infor on a product I was interested for next time.She was fantastic and I hope shes there the next time i go in.

Never been in,so thought we'd check it out. The budtender who helped us was rude,pushy and plain out acted like it was an inconvenience to ask questions or see products. The most unprofessional budtender I have ever met. She should be ashamed of herself....seriously! Will NOT be coming back again! So many better places to get fire weed...I will not waste a trip half way across Denver again :(

As both a patron and former employee, I can attest to the attention to detail, knowledge, and drive of every single budtender at The Green Solution. It was the first place I shopped, it was the first place I worked in the industry. I have nothing but praise and admiration for this store. If you have family in from out of town, who have never been to a dispensary, The Green Solution is the only option.

Good prices, immediate bud tender on the floor to walk you through everything, the layout of this D makes you feel very high end as your shopping. Not just feel it is one of the nicest looking D's I been to in a while. Wish I remembered my bud tenders name to give a shout out for the superior customer service and welcoming feel. They have everything you need! Will be returning hard to find good prices on concentrates in the recreation department and good quality.
