Feedback:

Things changed lately and not in good sense. New management? New employees? I do not see any previously employed people. On Monday went for lunch before noon when usually it is slow. Their checkout and payment station was so backed up. Kitchen was far ahead with orders. When I mentioned to the guy working on payments about slow line he said the problem is too many people came in. He did not realize he was a cause of the long line. They definitely needed a second checkout station as at the same time people were coming for takeouts. They were affected as well to the slow process.As far as food: of course my soup and and potatoes wedges were cold due to the long wait 5-8 minutes as they were prepared beforehand.
