Feedback:

Desiree gave me the wrong product, solely based on what she thought I pointed to, without asking me verbally first. After a long, exhausting day at my physical job I was so out of it I didn't realize it until I got home, so I called to discuss it. Desiree blamed me for HER mistake, saying that she wasn't "about to argue with me", despite her already knowing the criteria of what I wanted, and the product I was actually looking for. She said she would call me the next day after speaking to the manager to do an exchange, but I didn't hear from her until the day after. Then, she was very rude on the phone, and told me the manager was unwilling to do an exchange because the company would lose money. Obviously, the ethical move here would be to just take the loss because it was the company's employees fault (specifically, Desiree's fault), or she should have taken the loss out of her own pocket. I proceeded to ask for the manager, Braxton's, contact info, to which she replied "she will not give out personal info". Obviously I wasn't asking for Braxton's personal info. I simply wanted business contact info to further discuss these unethical business practices. WORST cannabis store I've EVER been to!!!
