Feedback:
Had an unfortunate experience with a member of the staff over the phone. He was so unnecessarily mean and rude. We are in the middle of a global pandemic and just wanted information to help us keep ourselves safe and the workers of the greenery safe. But it seemed like we were inconveniencing him so much that we just decided to go to Rocky Mountain High, and had a great experience there. That is where we will purchase from now on.

My sister just went in to buy some stuff for my brother who just nearly died from meningitis, and because she was pregnant, he was rude and denying her the products she NEEDED for my sick brother, and judged her asking if she was "trying to catch a high." With no regard for what she needed to buy and being judgemental without having any idea why she was in there. Many people with disabilities send others to get their medicinal needs fulfilled if they are not physically capable. Whole heartedly disappointing to hear this occurance was even tolerated by other workers hearing her explain the situation and that this type of attitude is taken at all.

I had a specific item I have been interested in and found this store online and had never been to yet but liked the ratings so we went in. Jesse was our guy and he was awesome. His knowledge of all the products is incredible. He walked us through all my options. I got exactly what I wanted and I'm excited about my purchase. Thanks Jesse we will be back!!!

Most pleasant bud shopping experience. The bud tender Jen was super helpful and her guidance through my first visit to The Greenery sealed the deal! I'll definitely be coming back once finished with the superb herb purchased at my new favorite dispensary. Dig the sweet hat too. If it's your first time or a seasoned vet dispensary shopper, The Greenery should be the next stop.

The store was very welcoming with Jen ready to great and help me, my first thought was everything was very well organized. After multiple questions and suggestions we made out of the store with everything and then some.The prices were crazy good for the quality of the product and I was impressed with the selections that the store had! I will be coming back again and if I could I'd rate it 10 out of 10!

Best dispensary in Durango by far! Every time I go there, no matter who has assisted me, they offer insightful information regarding my options. Their suggestions have always been spot on; I'm never disappointed to try something they've pointed me to. Their prices are the best as well. Jen helped me the last time and was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Have been shopping at the Greenery for 3 years now and there is a reason I choose to spend my money there. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and they have the time and inclination to treat me like they have known me a long time....was in the other day and Jesse helped me out....what a great guy! I recommend the Greenery to any one in the Durango area....you will not be disappointed!!

Kevin has helped me out the past couple times I’ve gone! I have been working out here for the past 2 months, I go once a week and he started to recognize me. My last visit he gave me a great discount because I didn’t set up an account and spend a good amount of money every week. Great service and amazing bud quality. Diamonds live resin. Awesome place.

Me and the hubs were in town for the weekend and needed a spot to stop and stock up on some weekend goodies. Looked up and found “The Greenery” went in and met Jesse. Let me tell you though he was super nice, very knowledgeable, and made us feel right at home. We were not disappointed with anything that we bought while in town! We will be back one day. Go see Jesse and let him get you right!
