These people are dishonest! My dad leased a car, his lease term was up, he was a great customer and they refused to make him a deal. When he decided to outright buy the car, they coaxed him into the office claiming he could get his paperwork, kept pushing him to make a deal, and then tried to trick him into signing for a new lease! They didn't even have his paperwork!! I would not trust them!

TL;DR - Don't buy a car from them, because they've added things to the price that the customer shouldn't have to pay, and they bait-and-switch on the trade-in value.I went there for an oil change and smog check, and the service was fine. The 2-star rating is because of what happened while I was there.They contacted me to find out if I was willing to look at a trade-in at $1000 over blue-book value for my car, so I thought that I'd go in and see what they had to offer. I had already been contemplating a new HR-V. While I was there, the salesman that they handed me over to is where I have the real problem.1) I had a general idea of what the MSRP for an HR-V was.2) He only brought a paper with the monthly payment and no other information, so I asked for all of the numbers, because the monthly payment seemed WAY off.3) It took about 30 minutes for him to get those numbers, and when I was looking, his total price was about $10k more than what I had remembered the MSRP to be, so I went out and looked at the sticker. 4) The MSRP for the sticker was around what I thought it was, but there were $10k of dealer garbage added on. Most of it was something the dealership does for insurance purposes because they're in a bad neighborhood. (not my fault, I shouldn't have to pay for it).5) The other large portion of that extra $10k was a "demand surcharge" because HR-V's are popular at their dealership, so they're just adding more onto the price because they think people will pay for it.6) Their paperwork only had $1000 for my trade when the KBB value for my car is closer to $3000 (10yr, high miles), so their $1k over blue book should've been closer to $4000 on the trade.I refused to pay for those extra fees, they refused to budge, so I left and will never go back.

Honda world willing to help you even do you have an issue with your credit and no other dealership willing to do that. Lorenzo in finance did an awesome job to get us out of the dealer quick without missing any details concerning our contact. He was very nice and answered all of our questions with ease. I liked it and said I would come back with my husband after it was clean, he called me back and said the price was over $4,000 higher than they originally advertised! Bait and switch! Buyer beware of this dealership.

What a great experience beginning from my 1st contact looking for a vehicle online up to meeting the Salesman that took so much care for us as we completed our purchase. I dont want to butcher his name but if was similar to Kafai? And lastly the Financial agent was the icing on the cake! Honda World is the BEST and will be recommended to all our family & friends. I did not expect to get a new car the day I went to Honda World. They showed me that it was in my best interests to trade my 2014 Civic for a new 2020 Honda Civic. I was treated with respect at all times, and they really helped me with a great deal as my old Civic was going to be due for multiple service appointments. Thanks so much. I LOVE MY NEW CAR! Definetily a bad experience ,first and last time I make business here , they offered me to refinance my car for one amount on my monthly payments ,I signed a contract and 3 days later Duy the finance manager called me to go back and sign a new contract cause based on my credit now my payment is going to be higher , and not to mention the racist profile they gave me just for be a Hispanic client ,asking me for proof of U.S. legal residency , so a good advice to any Hispanics shoppers think twice before you stop by into this dealership

Terrible service. The mechanics here are dishonest. They didn’t rotate my tires for the service I paid for. I even asked the service guy if he can make sure they do it and he said they would. I even made a comment on how Hardin Honda in Anaheim also didn’t rotate my tires and charged me and guess what. Now Honda world did the same thing. Dealerships really don’t care about honest work anymore. It’s sad.
